petre.ispirescu 4,928 Posted December 8, 2013 Share Posted December 8, 2013 steaua played tonight and the game ended in a 1-1 draw against galati just minutes ago. well, steaua is in deep shit right now, they are looking awful and if you want to know how steaua is looking right now just think about the 1st game in bucharest where chelsea won 4-0 - they are now 10-20 times weaker than they were in that game. watching their games is like listening to a broken record, they send you to bed, they're winless in this joke of a championship in over a month, they are outplayed in every game in the last six or seven games and they're not even the best team in romania anymore. believe me when i say you they look worse than a league one team. tonight, away at galati, they were so lucky to grab a point and they should thank galati for those big chances squandered and also the referee for closing his eyes when galati should have been awarded two penalties. but that's nothing new here in romania because steaua is used to be helped by the referees every season. also their coach used to defend his players everytime, just like mourinho does, but now the atmosphere is not the same anymore at steaua, he is blaming his players live on tv and the morale is not that high as it used to be.their general manager said tonight they don't care about this game and they're only thinking about next game in liga 1 against ceahlaul. he said they will come to london to play a decent game and give their fans that will be in the stands something to cheer about. steaua's captain and best player, bourceanu, is suspended and will miss this game. this is a huge huge blow as he is steaua's engine and they don't have a decent replacement for him.a fact - if steaua does not win this game they will become the worst team to have ever participated in the champions league group stages as they are winless in their last 22 games. they are now tied with lokomotiv moscow.this is the perfect opportunity for chelsea to bounce back and this game has goals written all over it if jose and the players will choose to take it seriously. steaua is a joke right now and chelsea should easily score four or five goals Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Fuck Cahill off in January, don't play Lampard in the pivot as he can't move and spends 90% of the game further up than the actual striker leaving acres of space behind - See our Sunderland game - etc, etc.We can pretend all we want, our centre midfield is weak and Cahill is a joke of a centre half, if they both play, that's 2 out of 9 players who don't cut it in their positions. Special Juan 28,141 Posted December 9, 2013 Share Posted December 9, 2013 We need to be very careful here as reading this thread you would think we are facing Barnet and not Steaua, Im not saying there are superb but we cannot take this lightly thus for me we cannot be starting Omeruo or anyone like that, we have to kill this one off first and that means starting the best 11.Yes some players haven't been great lately but first and foremost we must win the group and beat these for confidence levels.
