Against such a young, inexperienced but fit side, i'd much rather have Lamps's composure instead of Ramires pace. And I feel Rami will be important against Spurs, so rather rest him and have lamps play a game. he only came on against Fulham.

a 4-day rest for Ramires is more than enough... :)

Lamp couldn't come on because he was not on the bench. Ramires was the only one in that role. Surely Jose didn't expect van ginkel to get injured so early, else he would have other plans. Ramires was probably ideal to com,e on the 70 min mark, but not this early.
