Beepu 1,714
It was a pleasure to watch him play for Chelsea, even when he's passed it. He was still our best striker this season, worked hard chasing balls. Scoring against the big guns. Good luck to him wherever he goes next season. There were also some stories in the media at the time that Eto'o was furious with Mourinho's comments so can't know for sure.

There were also some stories in the media at the time that Eto'o was furious with Mourinho's comments so can't know for sure.Journalists like to make a big deal out of little thing and Morinho loves fooling them.. I don't think this old man thing was serious, his celebration against Spurs made it clear.Back to the interview: he said he was going to carry on playing in the Champons League. I wonder if it means that he extends his contract.

He would have never said that in public, so that it came of record it made him look like a fool. didi007, BlueSunshine, Barbara and 1 other

LDN Blue 7,903
Well it was a shit comment by Mourinho to be honest, tongue in cheek or not. So can't really blame Eto'o for having a similar dig. He goes down in folklore for being a big-game player this season, so much respect and adios for the cameo :tophat: BlueSunshine, Blue Armour and LAB
MrExcalibur100 7,124
So he's definitely off then. I dunno what to make of this. Pretty unnecessary comments from Eto'o, but Mourinho had it coming, I guess.

Bosnian Blue 2,471
He's gone hopefully, Lukaku will be better come next season and the old man looked far better than he actually was because of Torres.Still did an ok job even though he shouldn't have been brought in last summer.
