The red is a nod to the chelsea pensioners. I'll never have a problem with a little bit of red, just so long as we always stay blue shirts.

I have one non-related question. I'm going to London in few weeks and I'd like to purchase last years 3rd kit with custom printing. But does chelsea megastore print swear words( I want FU*K BARCA and number 12 on my back). Anyone knows?

It's basically last year's good kit which they decided to fuck up with a yellow border... It's got to be fake... No one would design that...

In general I think the simpler the better. Sometimes there is too much going on... I love this year's blue and gold... But I don't see anything wrong with a simple blue home kit black away kit and a yellow third kit...

Im not that sure it is fake.

Design itself is mix of 09/10 shirt and that blue/gold-yellow umbro shirt.
