Chelsea can't buy him and loan him to another Premier league club immediatelly, so I think that he's going to Leicester. There are some rumours that Chelsea and Leicester already have a deal so he could come to Chelsea in the summer if Chelsea will still be interested.

Seems a decent player from the err youtube videos I have seen of him. Though you have to worry if Bamford will get his chances if we do end up signing another striker like Kramaric to replace Drogba next season.
