He sure is great striker but just doesnt cut it here at Chelsea. Would love to see him play in PL or France (Marseille would need him) for midtable club after he leaves Chelsea. He was superb for Nufc and will definately come back in form in club where he will play regulary.

And Essien as well. Actually maybe even Lampard since he is utter useless in the CDM now. We should sign someone like Witsel to replace them. I really thought we could have gone for Khedira but now he is out for 6 months it is all over I suppose.

Lamps could be easily be a squad player next season. Not sure about Essien staying with us though.

Also with Khedira out, we won't have a chance with Xabi Alonso as well.

Indeed. Barring that one shocking game he had against Villa, Ba has done well of the task asked from him everytime he plays. Nothing fancy but has certainly been effective and efficient. Deserves a tad more credit than he's probably getting.

Neither is good enough to be a first choice striker at a club of our stature but there isn't much between em. I certainly would not laugh Chelsea's Ba is on a similar level to Chelsea's Torres.

Needs a run in the team, surely? Or at least not as far away from it as he has been? He's such a presence and can be so deadly. I really don't see much wrong with him. He's big, pretty quick, makes good runs, strong, good in the air, direct... He should definitely be playing more, definitely!

Did more than enough yesterday and his finish was excellent. People may not like him but he can do a job with ease for us.
