You could say well he only had hazard behind him and we still haven't seen how he plays with moses, hazard and mata behind him... But danny looked lively.. He got the ball and kept hold of it whilst trying to create things. All i remember torres doing is losing the ball after hazard has taken it from the halfway line.

Bottom line we should just go with who is on form. Right now its Danny. Torres could make some big appearances from the bench and win his place back. Danny deserves a chance.

I'm not a Torres supporter, I'm always going on about the bunch of idiots who follow him more than the club. But Torres done it in the big moment, Ashley Cole clearance, still could've came back, it was a glorious night. And Cech didn't save it against Messi, Messi hit the bar, so there's no arguement there.

Torres won that corner, so give him some respect rather than jumping on his back all the time and say he's done nothing. Torres is goodluck even without goals..hehehehe I'd like to see torres and danny play in a 4-4-2 but obviously danny is too selfish. Danny will get more than enough chances I bet torres had to do same to break into athletico to bcome a star at 17. If torres isn't playing so well and we won the champions league and remain top of the league ill take it anyday over an assumed and untested prolific sturridge. As a chelsea fan I don't need no messi(torres in our case) scoring 80+ goals only to win copa del rey(carling cup in our case).
