Adriano Failliani 28
Whats the feeling in Milan? This deal happening?Yeah, this is gonna happen for sure, that's the feeling. We have only Pazzini (omg...) as striker, we need another one.And Torres is the only "free" player with a big name on the market. The only problem is that we'll give him €3,5 millions for two years, so it looks like Chelsea has to give him money to leave.Moreovere, today Berlusconi is coming to Milanello (the place where the team trains, etc).... As I said, Berlusconi never see the team or matches, so if he comes maybe it's because he wants to announce the purchase of Torres (yeah, wow...).I would like to ask you this: is Torres really this bad? If he could regain 40-50% of this form, he would be a deadly striker for you guys. He just lost his confidence at Chelsea over the years, a change of environment and a new start could help him out for sure. Adriano Failliani 28
So if nando really does leave (fingers crossed) we will be buying this Italian guy Matthias whatever his name is?????Mattia Destro is not so strong, guys... I mean, with a good team like yours he can do nice things, but he is just like every italian strikers of this era... Like Gilardino, Borriello, Pazzini, Matri... They just can't dribble opponents, shoot from distance, etc. If you see some videos of Destro in season 13/14, u'll see that he just scores after opponent's mistake or on good plays by his team.Anyway, he's better than Torres ofc. bababoom, killer1257 and The only place to be

Popular Post! The only place to be 11,313 Posted August 29, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted August 29, 2014 I would like to ask you this: is Torres really this bad? Here he just looks like he's given up. When he has a bad touch, it's like he expects it now. He overthinks things, takes an extra touch when it isn't necessary and mentally he looks shot.Physically he's not got that electric pace he once had, although he's a bigger lad than you might think....he just never really uses it.Technically he's average. He doesn't have a massive shot on him either. But he does have a good record in the Europa League and Serie A might suit him better than the Premier League. A whole new environment might be just what he needs and he might even smile once in a while too.But every sensible Chelsea supporter will be happy to get rid of him. Financially he was a catastrophe and he's like a dark cloud hanging over the club, from a time when we were rather irresponsible in the transfer market. Honestly it will be massively cathartic for us when he leaves because he really doesn't offer us anything, and he costs a lot.So I hope he does well for you, I thank him for his contributions (he gave us some nice moments) but I'll be so happy when he's gone. zolayes, boshman, Strike and 8 others

Worth a try, maybe something will happen. One thing for sure from this move is that it is good for us (Chelsea), good for him, and hopefully it is good for your club, so that everybody wins. As I said, Berlusconi never see the team or matches, so if he comes maybe it's because he wants to announce the purchase of Torres (yeah, wow...).I would like to ask you this: is Torres really this bad?Welcome to TalkChelsea, friend!I don't think Torres is that bad at all. He has just lost lots of confidence ever since he joined Chelsea, lots of pressure and fans-media aren't helping either. Plus constant injures when he played for Liverpool. His main weapon was his speed and agility (look up Torres' goal vs United 3-4 years ago where he humiliated Rio Ferdinand) but after surgeries and hamstring injuries there's somekind of mental block for him, he has lost the self confidence.Problem with England is that the media has too much power, they can make a random player look like a worldwide super star (Lallana, Welbeck, Wilshere and so on) while slating a player for whatever they do and I'm afraid Torres is in the second category. Has he been rubbish for us? Absolutely, but he has also done well sometimes, which is widely ignored. I think moving to Italy is the best thing for him and and Chelsea, it will give him a new breathing. I think he will be good for you guys, form is temorary, class is permanent.
