It all comes down to know how and experience. City have been poor in europe and not just this season. Except for the roma match, they were a shambles. Barca have not been great but against a team like city and a manager like pelegrinin who wants to fight fire with fire, I just can't see city outscoring them.

I don't have the time to go through all comments but I seriously doubt that Jose and our team for that matter can be outclassed by some Blanc or any replacement coach in the midst of the season. In theory is a great team with a horrible defense... but they haven't been playing that well all their matches.

But as you and others pointed out, City has no UCL confidence whereas Barça has tons of it. I still believe City will qualify. I hope I'm wrong though

I think PSG could beat us to be honest despite having a tendency to give a lead away (no coincidence with David Luiz playing in their defense) in their domestic league but that means nothing when it comes to Europe I suppose look at Dortmund. Think in 5 of their 7 draws in the league they have been ahead and conceded so they are perhaps a bit more suspect at the back but still they are a good offensive team. Ibra is doing what Ibra does consistently year on year, Cavani has scored half of their CL goals and Lucas Moura has been a different player. Difficult game but should be good.

We are a much better team, and I mean offensively when you add in Luis, Fabregas and Costa this team is 50/50 with Barca, Bayern and Real to win it. I'm not worried about Ibra, I'm more worried about Lucas and the wing's because that's been our weakness all year is defending against crosses. we are no longer underdogs in any game....not this season.... i wouldnt have been worried if we got any team other than real and bayern....not that others are bad but bcz we are good.... psg is a good team ....imo the right team at the right time... not too much to travel...so less tym on flight during feb/march..... we will get a lesser opponent in the next draw... seriously believe we are gonna be in the finals this season...
