The end of Robbie

Apparently he got the call at fucking 4am to say he was sacked. How much of a cuntish thing is that to do? This is one of our finest players and a genuine class guy. How the fuck can we expect to attract managers of stature when we carry on like this? Pathetic. Buck and Gourlay are nothing more than a couple of puppets. Happy to have hands shoved up their arses and controlled.

It was a disgrace to sack a man that brought the greatest achievement in our history two weeks before he could win the next trophy, another we never had, just to sign a man whose job is to fill the 6 months before we could get a better manager.

Disgusting way to be treated.

RDM -

Socks over knees.

Boro home impromptu celebration.

Peroxide hair Sheff Weds away.

Golden tanned thighs.

Dedicates 43 second goal to blind sister.

League Cup semi screamer against Arsenal at SB.

Stockholm. Kissing Vialli and Zola.

Aston Villa. Old Wembley. History.

St Gallen. Leg shatters in triplicate.

Career ends in a Chelsea top.

2012. Galvanises dysfunctional mob.

We won 5-1 Wembley.

FA Cup Final: Chelsea players throwing Bobby in the air in celebration in front of the ecstatic fans.

Napoli. Benfica. Barcelona. Munich.

His respectful, articulate dealings with the British pr*ss.

The way he and Eddie jumped, hugged and spun in utter jubilation after Torres rounded Valdes.

His defiant, joyful, clench fisted mental shake of the European Cup. The Blue and White ribbons of Chelsea Football Club ruffled his cheeks as his victorious roar joined with the celebrating thousands in the warm, Munich air.

Thanks Robbie !!

Lordy, it was the right thing to do. Problems started @ super cup.

The right thing to do? Has Fergie never had his bad times? Arsene? you can bring up the Super Cup, which is little more than a fucking glamorised Community Shied, but delicately omit beating the gooners at the Library or the Yids at three point lane? Have a word with yourself.

Nce one. Sums up perfectly Robbie's sterling contribution to the Chelsea cause over the years. The screamer against the arse at the bridge, Luca's first game in charge, champers before and delirium afterwards.

Mugged off by some cunt on the phone at 4am. Shameful

What time is a good time to sack someone?

From what I read he had already been told they needed 'a talk' after the Juve game. He knew the writing was on the wall so let's not pretend this came as a shock.

Im glad some of us can remember how good the bad times were ....WE WERE CHELSEA and PROUD ....poor ,,and shit but PROUD

Yeah, Ken Bates would never sack a Chelsea legend out of the blue.

That would just be ruud.

Getting eliminated from Europe at the group stage (which is fairly likely) is pretty bad isn't it? I love Robbie but he knew exactly what he was getting himself in for when he took the job. He knew he wasn't first choice and he knew Roman would sack him at the first opportunity.

I don't remember lauding Ken but Ruud wasn't putting in the effort apparently

Hold up?, Fergie has had his team fucked off out the group stages of the Champions League on at least three occasions. And we all know about Ken's antics with Ruud, Webby, etc. Doesn't mean we need to accept what happened this week and just sit on our hands.

You can't compare Fergie to Robbie. Fergie is untouchable at United. He's been there at 26 years and is arguably the greatest British manager of all time.

I wasn't comparing them in any way. There was a period, during Jose's first season with us where Fergie came under serious pressure due to some moody signings and being dumped out of Europe in the group stages. Klieberson, etc.

Hs is seemingly untouchable at Utd and rightly so, but there are fickle fans at every club and it wouldnt take much for the pressure to be applied. Ridiculous, but true. We, on the other hand will never know what thats like as we cant keep a manager for a year, let alone 26 of the fuckers.

He flew back at 1am greeted supporters at the airport then a crisis meeting was called at 4am & robbie learnt his fate. Chelsea made the announcement at 9am.

Robbies fate was sealed long before the 3-0 defeat as rafa was approached a week before the game about the job. It's disgusting the way he's been treated.
