He will most likely be a starter after initial adjustment to EPL. I believe.

pathetic?? really. how easily we forget the guy whose brilliance it was that actually got us thru to the finals. AND IN BOTH THE LEGS. ramires has proven what he can do on the right wing. technique and all can take a hike. when he is not performing we can change but at this moment to even think that rambo would not be our no.1 right winger for either marin/oscar/bryune is an insult to rambo.

Liking this, but probably replace Romeu with Mikel and Ramires drops back a little bit.

Mikel is absolutely a liability in the 'solo' role and is beneficial with another defensive midfielder. Romeu is the best option we have at this club and maybe top 5 or 6 in the Premier League, from a Barca B perspective.

finally including rambo, many people dimiss him as if his work is no longer needed. yep agree with above only mikel in for romeu, and i still believe oscar should move rw and hazard lw (so he can cut inside) and mata cm. maybe u know more than i in what oscar can do but i have heard he can hold own on rw, but if not i dont see problem cuz we all know they will be switchin like crazy. almost reminds me of our old midfield'4' (back with ruud) in 442. great things are destined to come!!

Mata doesnt get the ball enough on the left, however we relied on him too much last year because we didnt have anymore creative players so i think we'll be able to play him on the left next season

so many different variations and formations we can play with what's available to us next season. we can switch to a more continental 4 3 3 with romeu, oscar and lamps playing a creative three.

a 4 2 3 1 with lamps playing a withdrawn role or indeed mereiles playing a tactical withdrawn role, with mikel as the deeper holder. and the three of oscar, mata and hazard rotating all over the place with options of quality on the bench that can change games- marin, bruyne, ramires all have their elements of pace and skill. exciting times. the only concern is how small they are. it's a stupid thing to say but the stereo type of 'wet tuesday nights at stoke' does concern me because as technically gifted as they all are, they can be found out.

I'm drooling at our the prospect of signing him. He is one of the elite talents.The main reason we've not seen the big boys show interest until now is because of a bizarre situation where he walked out of Sao Paulo for a wage dispute and Internacional took him. A suit began over ownership so an opportunity to sign the boy only just became possible. ( I mean literally just now)

The way we can rotate on the field with him and Mata is so exciting. Oscar would take the central attacking position but he does 9/10 times, move to the left side of midfield (for Internacional). Also, mark my words about the apparent fragility issue, from the times I have seen him for Internacional and Brazil he does seem to hold himself up well against the opposition. He won't be shoved aside as easily as Mata. I'll never forget his 3rd goal in the U20 final, some called it luck but most had to agree that it was an outrageous goal.

The potential is there and I hope we get this finalised ASAP. The only complication is that he is owned 50% by Internacional and 50% by himself and his agents. So that could perhaps clarify the lack of formal completion on Internacional's side.
