Did any of them contribute to their teams success as much as Oscar? 3rd highest goalscorer, 3rd most assists, 4th most key passes all while putting in big shifts defensively also. I didnt think so. Case Closed. what contribution is this? he has scored 7 goals all season. kalou scored 12 goals in 2009-10. WHAT A PLAYER!!! should we get a statue of him outside stamford bridge.oscar has scored 7 goals in 2683 minutes, kalou had scored 12 goals in 1874 minutes. see the difference!!!!!!and here we go again aabout defensive contribution? what defensive contribution is this?4th most key passes when we probably have played oscar, willian, hazard and cesc all season long with hardly any variation.. so adding costa to the mix, our front 5 have been pretty stable so basically oscar ranks 4th out of 5... WOW.. what a player.. i think i should have expected azpi to be on the list... sometimes u know, using the little thing on the top of your head would be good dude, instead of simply blurting out useless stats. but that seems useless since now i have seen your pics, and i can understand why thinking wont be your strong suitcase closed indeedDD - 1161remy - 789schurrle - 938salah - 337juan -216but somehow u think that these players should be ahead of oscar in terms of key passes? or was it iva u were unsure of. So no matter what way you look at it, Oscar's contribution this season has been far greater. FACT.So chin up, i know it hurts you so much inside that Oscar has contributed this season! you clearly have so much hate and biterness inside you, i actually feel sorry for you, the amount of energy you waste day after day insulting and discrediting Chelsea players, is really sad, I hope one day you find happiness in your life. Case closed.kalou was a RW compared to oscar's CAM. so what is so different. if anything, a RW in a 4-3-3 is as likely to find himself in a goal scoring position as a CAM in a 4-2-3-1. basi football dude. seems most of the things u say are just stats that u get from dailymail and copy paste it on the forum. does not even look like u watch us play. also, oscar's main deficiency is his consistency, so out of desperation, just counting PL solves nothing. what has he done in CL against the likes of PSG? what did he do in carling cup against 2 legs of pool and a final against spurs. thats consistency. so i think the number of goals over the course of the season is a much better indicator. and that indicator tells me that oscar has 7 goals all season long (compared to kalou's 12 in 09-10 and at a much better rate - 156 minutes/goal compred to oscar's 383 [hopelessly poor] ).its good to see that u chose to neglect the main part of my argument about how no other attacking player in the team had minutes close to or even half of oscar's and yet u keep o bragging on his stats like they are a thing to be proud of. when u actually look at the stats instead of the ranks, u see how utterly hopeless his stats truly are. 179minutes for a goal/assist. just not good enough for the no.1 no.10 of a team of chelsea's calibre.it definitely hurts me to see how much oscar has contributed this season. it should hurt any sane minded CHELSEA FAN(read chelsea not oscar) to have our no.1 no.10 give us such pathetic numbers. i dont discredit chelsea playerS. tell me another one that i have. but i wont support half arsed mediocrity from someone who is clearlt taking his position for granted just cos our manager has some foolish sense of faith in him.as for happiness. i am happy seeing our team win the PL (almost) but i am not content. got to be better next season and this position of oscar has to be the no.1 (or no.2 after CB) position to be upgraded without a shread of doubt. and its not even like we dont have options. koke is a massive upgrade, pogba is a massive upgrade. even players in our current squad (willian and cesc). case closed. zolayes, laura90, stroey and 3 others
zolayes 14,489
before December when we were playing well we had Oscar and William pressing hard high up the pitch .. teams were never able to settle against us .Why this strategy stopped I don't know . Now it seems inferior teams are able to do this against us communicate

MrBlueGuy 1,552
If we are judging a top mid by stats alone Iniesta is probably not even top 500 midfielder to ever play the game, same with Xavi and Mata/Silva/Fabregas are some of the best midfielder in BPL/Spain history...It depends on the position, for a striker obviously goals are the main stats that they will be judged on. But for a deep ball playing mid like Koke...etc it is not essential. Oscar on the other hand plays at CAM for us all the time so he has to back it up with good stats in this talented team. stroey and didierforever
