im pretty sure nothing has even been signed yet, he just told his agent and twitter who he wants to play for. that is why the club didnt announce anything yet, because it technically has not happened. im not saying it wont, it 99% will, but its as simple as that. and i still dont understand how people think hazard was being a media wh0r3. all he did was answer questions when asked, and announce he had his mind made up. the only one that made this transfer saga what it was is the media.
