Lol, did you not read what the guy above said? he would have had to have been given permission from Chelsea fc in order to tweet that he would be going to Chelsea. Why, after doing that and following various members of the Chelsea squad AND Chelsea Fc would he then decide to not join us just because it's taken a week for Chelsea to release anything official?

This. For the first time in years Chelsea are doing transfer business very early in the summer rather than wait till the end of August to buy anyone and apparently it's still not good enough for some people.

France 3 (TV) have apparently announced that Eden Hazard could finally officially sign this Monday.

Rumor is that Hazard had his medical today (didn't fly with the Belgium team back probably) and it will be announced tomorrow. Chelsea didn't want to announce it on the Queens Jubilee day.

Yeah, thought as much. Also they wouldn't have an 'exclusive' first interview with Hazard on chelsea tv on a sunday. If anything it would be on a weekday in or after the blues news they do daily. Chances are its done and dusted and he's already recorded the interview. Everybody stop worrying!!!

Ok thank whoever that we finaly made two deals done with Hulk and Hazard so early, but why do we have to wait soooo long to be official?

Every club announces officialy transfer once player and club make agreement. Not necessary a press conference, but a simple 'xyz signed for the club'

Why cant Chelsea just announce done deals? Unless there has been no agreement. I am sure Hazard will come, but I am not that certain about Hulk. If everything would been agreed, the deal would already be announced with him.
