The only place to be 11,313
He was absolutely tremendous last night. Great on the ball, strong in the tackle, didn't stop running and gave everything out on the pitch - you couldn't ask for more from a player. He deserves all the credit and plaudits he's getting because when the guy does put everything together, he's a fantastic player and on nights like last night you need that. You also need it in the 50-odd other games in a season, not just the big ones. iseah100 5,612
38M? I will piggy back him to his destination.Yea? tell me how you really feel.Yea and he has his moments. Plus he's a fan favorite.Just what I said, BEFORE the game.Mata was well liked too. A fan favorite?Players are signed to perform. If Chelsea can get 38m for Luiz, pack his bags ahead of the WC.Yea?used to be a fan favorite. Now most see him as a £35m kitty for the summer transfer window.Bahahhahahahano, most fans here see him as that. Go check his wall, instagram and twitter account. A lot of 'proper' english fans behind him. He's still a fan favoriteExactly. Plastic fans. I told you he shouldn't be sold, now all of you are praising him. Ridiculous. The only place to be 11,313
He had a good game....let's not go overboard. Does last night's performance mean we don't need Hazard or Matic in the squad as well? PSG were poor, they were poorly coached and failed to take the chances they did create. Are people now saying that Luiz's performance actually mean he should play in defence, or that we don't need a midfielder? Because what I'm seeing are a load of snidey comments from 'supporters' with no real specifics about what last night actually means for the club going forward. duo11bluecl

Ridiculous. He deserves praise, he played excellent but it shouldn't take PSG in the second leg of a CL tie to get him up for a game......he has now shown his level, now can he maintain it? Let's see.......But be careful in case you fall off that high horse. The only place to be
Hazardinho 88
For me Luiz isn't consistent. One day he plays like a beast and you think he's the missing link in our midfield, the other day he plays awful. I don't know with him, he always looks for the long pass which I think should be avoided with all our technical players. The same with his free kicks it worked out several times and now he thinks he's the new Rivaldo or Juninho. No offence! He plays with his heart and no matter what I will support our players. lionsden, The only place to be and dee25
Popular Post! The Rising Sun 711 Posted April 9, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted April 9, 2014 Selling Luiz will be a huge mistake and quite a joke for us really. He is fantastic in Midfield on most occasions, and has never really faltered in big games throughout the season. We have only lost like 5-6 games all season, and he does slot in with matic really well when tasked with that responsibility. On top of that, he is such a multi dimensional player, can fill in when needed in Defence, spread the game well, move it forward, and the odd free kick, tackling and bullying. On top of that, he oozes passion and PLAYS FOR THE SHIRT.If we fill our team with technical players and sell the ones with heart and spirit, it will truly be a tragedy.P.S. Just because he isnt a monster sometimes and makes mistakes here and there, Doesnt mean we NEED to sell him. He is improving and flourishing under Jose, can only get better, and is only getting better. Svita 10 186
Please, i have two questions. In which minute of game he maded that amazing tackle, when he saved the ball and corner? And second one - Do you you think that was his best performance in blue history?

And second one - Do you you think that was his best performance in blue history? Not sure which minute, but it was towards the end of the game. As for the second question, I think his performances at CB in the second half of last season eclipse yesterday's performance completely; but it was probably his second most important performance after Munich. duo11bluecl 207
People getting emotional over Luiz now after a good game, doesn't change much. If an amazing offer come in we will need to take it. If we replace him with someone like Matic who will probably have a better game so it doesn't matter.

Its frustrating when he has performed admirably against quality opposition this season and that's all our rivals in the prem then has a stinker against the minnows like Palace but he certainly ain't the only one. We're not a club that sells important players, when WE don't want them to leave. You need to differentiate the two types of selling. Popular Post! Tomo 21,751 Posted April 10, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted April 10, 2014 My honest appraisal of Luiz in midfield.Luiz and Matic, works great, they compliment each other well and cover each other's flaws.Luiz and Lamps, 50/50, worked well Tuesday and vs Liverpool, but i feel we could get over run if as much as one has an off day. Its a risk we might need to take in CL tho.Luiz and Ramires, no no no no no, never want to see this partnership ever ever again, it's asking for trouble.
