Nope, his signing of Torres has sent the club back for years.

Before anyone say Roman was in control of Torres signing is for some reason forgetting not only Carlo said he signed Torres but also forgetting Ray Wilkins words(numerous mentions). Ray Wilkins has been critical of the club so many times i don't see a reason for him to lie.

Ronaldo is not overrated, he clearly wasn't not match fit; celebrating scoring in the Champions League final in the city where you grew up, in front of millions of national fans would mean the world to anyone. Bale's overall performance was poor, although he was there when it mattered and won the game for Real.

Even though most of us would have been supporting Athletico. You can not be anything but happy for Carlo winning his third Champions league title. Such a gentleman and the perfect nice guy.

Fuck knows where the 5 minutes of added time came from, Atletico showed blatant signs of fatigue after their game at the Nou Camp last weak. Mentally and physically drained. They got to the final through team brilliance and hard work from an ambitious manager, whereas Madrid relied on individual brilliance the entire season. Such a shame. The fact Ronaldo cheered like that scoring from 12 yards out after doing fuck all for 100 minutes is well and truly an embarrassment. How dare Ronaldo celebrate scoring his 17th Champions League goal of the season, a record, whilst simultaneously celebrating the winning of the Champions League itself, which also happened to be La Decima, which the club has been obsessing about for over a decade.

There wasn't anything wrong with Ronaldo celebrating his goal. It was a goal in the final and one in his home country after all but the way he celebrated it was kinda OTT. It wasn't THE decisive goal of the game and was an unimportant one but yet celebrated like it was.
