They were not as bad last season like I have explained to , they finished 2nd and they were playing shite football but they were winning games and we never felt like we were going to not be in the top 4. This guy ( AVB) is trying to play triangles with fucking rugby players. Carlo kept things as they were and we steam rolled teams, this season we are being out fought.

We have only finished second being on par on points with ManCity - which have improved a lot since then. Last year, Arsenal didn't have Van Persie. Spurs were pathetics. So we were there thanks to other teams' mediocrity.

But we got really lucky. No-one anticipated Tottenham's surprising form, which puts them third, whereas last season they were going head-to-head with City for 4th. Arsenal just about clinched 3rd, because they followed the Arsenal cycle and started flopping from Feb. We were lucky because, yes we were winning some games in a sh'tty fashion, but it does make sense how the players have declined.

Disgrace of a performance today by Chelsea. Cole, Lampard and a couple other players simply do not care about CFC any more so why should the manager get sacked because of that? Surely the 4th spot could be achieved with a different manager but what then? Another season with these same players under another manager and again the same problems halfway through the season or stick with AVB now and get a proper squad for next season?

And as it turns out he is one of the best Defensive Midfielders in the world. And he is still a lot quicker than a lot of people give him credit for.

But the team as a whole wasn't this bad till Dec...I'm thinking our board is to take the blame here. There's no vote of confidence from them for the manager. I think deep down the entire squad thinks that AVB will get the sack.
