Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk It's good 4-3-3 but after the last few games I come to the conclusion that when we can buy in the transfer window once again, we need to spend some good money on a dm. Without no kante we need to have another back up to help us get some stability in the middle. Atomiswave and Supermonkey92
Supermonkey92 1,428
What exercise you recommend to fix a rounded upper back? Rows for retraction. Overhead press/Scaption for both upward rotation and posterior tilt. As much work stretching the upper traps/levator scapular and chest as you do exercising the weak muscles. Some neck work does wonders. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk Fernando
BlueLyon 9,359
Not great defence, but I realy love how playful we look in attack. We have joint most shots on target (55) next to Liverpool. City has yet to play though. kellzfresh
Popular Post! Tomo 21,751 Posted August 24, 2019 Popular Post! Share Posted August 24, 2019 Early days but it feels like Hazard leaving has free'd up the attack. Hazard was such a good talisman that the rest of the attackers seemed to let him take charge and take a back seat which often lead to nullified attacking play when he was doubled/tripled up on effectively, in theory that should have meant our other players were more destructive with the extra space but it never quite panned out that way. There were signs last season we could cope well without him (we won 20/21 he didn't start although granted he did have to come on in a few of them) but at this minute it looks like we can more than cope. I thought we were better defending the open game today but set pieces is a serious problem, we look capable of conceding at every high ball into the box and so nearly did again, thankfully there's not really any Bolton, Stoke esque sides in the league these days, imagine us facing Delap's long throw's petre.ispirescu, OneMoSalah, sainttourist and 3 others

I would add pull ups and chin ups as well All of the above should be in every serious routine workout anyway in some capacity Reverse flies/face pulls work for some people who want some additional work I have never had any effect of direct neck/ trap work as in shrugs tho Add some stretching/mobility exercises and isometric gymnastics on a swiss ball to round it off. But it is also important to simply mind ones posture when walking around Fernando
Popular Post! kellzfresh 7,229 Posted August 25, 2019 Popular Post! Share Posted August 25, 2019 Lampard on Tammy Abraham "I supported Tammy over the online abuse. I did it out loud and I did it behind the scenes. I supported him on that as much as I can and in terms of playing, hopefully he will see my belief in him from the fact he is playing and hopefully from the fact I want to do extra shooting with him daily, every type of finishing and the first one today was top drawer. That comes from work on the training ground. Imagine Lampard training someone on shooting, brilliant. Anyway I leave that there!Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Fernando 6,599
Men defense is horrid. I think I had enough of zouma. When rudgier comes back I much rather see a rudgier tomori partnership then zouma out there. But other then that keep up the good work with Tammy. If we had a better defense we would have won today. 😭 Antonio8
communicate 2,703
I doubt frank in the beginning but so far I like our team and Frank has done a very good job. But I honestly have never seen sub like what Frank did in non friendly game. It was bizzare. Supermonkey92

Vesper 30,296
I hope that people here realise these injured players are NOT going to being coming right back in and shredding things up I am very worried about all their 'maintain health' ability I do NOT want them rushed back and then they re-injure and out for the year Kante (we keep trying to force him in we are going to lose him for months) Rudiger RLC CHO Reece I want ALL to be 100000% fit before they are tossed into the meatgrinder they are all massive keys to our future, not just our present (well Kante will be 30 next season, but still has around 4 top years in him left, counting this one) bigbluewillie and killer1257
