I actually think Gallagher will overshadow him soon enough despite starting from the back foot.

Yes.  With urgency. 

Urgency play is actually passing the ball forward and quick enough to have the opposition defence make mistakes in their positioning for us to capitalise on. The fact we'd rather play a game of keep away vs taking the initiative against a shit Spurs team, is leaving me increasingly worried that Lampard isn't the manager I initially thought he was.

I am a huge fan of our youth. I have been watching our youth since 2010.
CHO is alright, but Mount clearly lacks too many things right now. He never solved his lack of creativity, which was apparent at youth level

There is actually no fun in watching Chelsea to be fair, nor was for large parts of last season just because this team is a carousel of misplaced passes, a totally clueless defence, a midfield that is overrun and overpowered every single week etc. It is unbelievable that a club of this stature looks so tactically inept.

Lampard is a club legend and I wish he would succeed here more than anyone, but he is not doing himself any favours, no matter the line up he chooses, there seems to be no improvement at all. 

As soon as Pulisic and Ziyech are fit and ready, he must stop chopping and changing and settle to a formation and stick to it no matter the results. Otherwise there is only one outcome for him.

You're missing the point.
Magic Lamps suggested Poch may not be good enough because he never won anything. But so did Sarri before he moved to us. I'm not comparing Sarri and Poch's coaching here.

If the time comes where it's clear Lampard can't take us to the next level then Ten Hag is the perfect choice.

Pulisic and Ziyech are good players but if we need them to play well, to defend well, to pass well, to look cohesive, then isn't that a problem?

I say give him the full season out of respect, but I officially don't believe in him as a manager anymore.

He's been here for over a year and we still have not seen any improvement. 

I believe we will not win anything this season with him as a manager, but he is still a Chelsea legend so it would be sad to sack him in a couple of months.

Am really curious to know whether all the players are actually convinced by Lampard's grand plan, his ideas, what he wants to do etc based on what we've seen so far. 

Would be nice if The Athletic had maybe tried to explore this angle instead of seemingly painting a rosy picture every single time...

Judge Lampard when Pulisic and Ziyech are 100% fit and played couple of matches in a row.

We should know by now that Mount, Kova and Jorgi will not create you many chances in a game. We need Ziyech asap

Thats exactly how it looks. Nobody has the balls to make a risky pass forward. The weird thing is they take risky passes sideways and backwards lol.

As I said just a short while ago, if we need Pulisic and Ziyech to perform better, to defend better etc, then we are truly fucked and that says a lot about the coaching.
