Well Rooney will either join us, Arsenal or move to france (very unlikely though). So us or Arsenal unless he stays in Manu. He isnt too expensive and Wenger might actualy want him for some reasons. Rvp went other way, if Rooney will want to join arsenal, then its quite likely. But why would he want to join arsenal anyway

Cesc might want to move, he loves arsenal and plays only bit part atbarca. Honestly I think both Roney and cesc will stay where they are but they would improve arsenal extremely.

Navas to Citeh is a pretty good signing. He's not a game changer but a good underrated player nonetheless. It will be interesting to see how he handles homesickness though. Let's hope we don't get Schurrle.
