Still think there's a 95% chance Messi stays after he forces everyone he dislikes out and Barca stops being run into the ground by those clowns. He has to be fuming that his twighlight years are going to be wasted if things continue as they have been.

Even if Bartomeu goes, the process of building back Barcelona will take couple of years and Messi does not have the time for it. Messi gave them many chances and they did not deliver. He got sick of carrying Barcelona and this season, he had 56 scorer and this is 53% of all Barcelona goals.

Also I was thinking, I wonder what City's next golden boy who they've been slobbering over for a while now Phil Foden would feel about Messi coming in. He was meant to slot into that #10 position with Silva leaving. If Messi comes in I doubt Pep would play him as a striker but rather just behind Aguero or Jesus. Foden back riding the bench and wasting away playing the odd game here and there.

The big money is Morata and we recoup most of his fee and Giroud for 15 m, key rotation for 3 years, worth every penny.
