Chelsea are always going to make terrible signings every transfer window, until these current board members leave.

I think it's like we're buying Roma's best 'youth' player, or best prospect; we aren't buying a ready-made player. He'll take some time; it all depends on his injury. If it doesn't impact him bad, then it's possible he could become among the very best in his position.
Roma fans are more annoyed about losing him compared to Dzeko for a reason

As a Chelsea fan you want to see signings coming in that are going to improve the team but that does not seem to be the thinking.

"They were meant to be in for Alexis Sanchezat the start of last week but they are a million miles away from that sort of statement signing with the people they are being linked with.

i agree.  it has sense cause alonso is quite good for now 

dzeko is the perfect number 9 for conte. hazard and morata will improve their performances 

(especially morata)
