My mistake.... I didn't remember him on Spain in 2010

Mata is an absolute champion and such a humble person as well, it seems.

I love the way our team is developing at the moment with Mata, Hazard et al. I think this season was probably one of the most important ones in terms of development and commitment shown therefor by young players like Oscar who really pushed his bounderies yesterday. Difficult game for him but he and Rami sitll managed to pin Benfica back and helped the team scoring. I think with a team build around Mata (all the big teams have a few who stand out) and the other amigos we are on a good way. It is exciting to witness this period as a supporter, I have to say. I am grateful after missing out on most of Zolas carreer (too young, too far away) to now see magicians like Mata and Hazard who people already compare to Zola.

Anyway, got distracted there...brilliant touch from him on for Torres, who played really well again last night and scored a brilliant goal. He can still be fucking strong...every now and then.
