Not discrediting him but he hasn't been brilliant since moving to United (thanks to Moyes insistence of playing him out wide). Has only done OK. He will have a spot on this.Koke and Cazorla.Two having pretty amazing seasons(especially Cazorla recently).He gets in over none of them IMO. I fully expect Thiago to take his spot. With the amount of midfielders Spain has and in their u20 teams, Mata time with Spain NT might be over sooner than later. I rate Mata very highly but looking at those names I don't see how he's going to be included in the squad over any of those midfielders. Not only are Koke and Thiago having a better season but they're also more versatile than Mata and offer more tactical flexibility. Koke can play deep or further advanced - in the centre or on either flanks. What Mata brings is what Del Bosque already has in Silva, Cazorla and Fabregas.
