LUKAKU: ‘LEAVING INTER FOR Chelsea WAS A MISTAKE’

“The biggest challenge of my career will be this season here. I left. It was a mistake, right Nico?” he giggled with teammate Nicolò Barella.

“Now I am happy to be wearing this jersey, the team knows what we need to do, it’ll be a great challenge this season and we need to continue like this.

“I realised last season when I was in England, just how important Inter are in the world. The club’s profile is improving on an international scale, the social media approach is really important too and you can see how we act in the locker room, in training, our hugs and jokes.

Milan is a wonderful city and that is why I kept the old apartment when I went to London, because my mother was coming here all the time and I wanted to return too.”

💩🤡

December: Lukaku issues come and get me back plea to Everton after Edin Dzeko starts ahead of him for the 6th game in a row.

I said it last summer, I made the argument that this a terrible decision by both parties.

Wouldn't have been much better for him staying at Inter, Inzaghi likes playing possession football and we've already seen how much use he is with that.

Just got to hope he stat pads enough for some suker to invest in his "guarenteed goals".

Marotta has hinted he will return to us next season

If that's the case, just sounds like it's part of their plan.

Sell him off for a huge fee, get him to do that interview, bring him back for a season for 1/10th of his transfer fee, send him back to Chelsea the following season, he starts throwing a tantrum acting all angry and upset and then Chelsea eventually agree to sell him back to Inter Milan for a low transfer fee to get rid of the problem.

Romelu Lukaku's physical decline from Adonis to having muscles as fragile as butter has stunned Inter Milan's coaches... his struggles prove the Chelsea flop only plays well under Antonio Conte and 36-year-old Edin Dzeko is a surer bet in front of goal
