Looked much more like himself tonight, in the thick of the action, breaking up play, using the ball well, hopefully he can get more games for Valencia I really like this guy and think hes going to be a good player.

I'm a big fan of Romeu. A bit prone to errors but he's only young. Very classy on the ball, smooth passer and can break up play. I like the idea of him in our pivot or one of the deeper roles of a 4-3-3.

Would Valencia buy him? He has only played one league game yet. I can't understand.. He was 19 when we signed him and he played fantastic. He started almost every game under AVB.

What happened to him? I thougt he would break into the starting eleven in Valencia.

The knee injury fucked him. I think he was well on his way to establishing himself in Benitez's team but the injury came at the worst possible time and I still think it's unlikely he'll get another game here but if he continues to impress then anything is possible.
