Chelsea Sack Andre Villas-Boas

He's a prick who is only looking to wind people up, if actions should be taken it should be on him to get a warning, no need to come on and sprout all that stuff, especially after a hard defeat, it's something you expect from another supporter of another team, i remember liverpool supporters coming on after they beat us winding us up like that, If Justin was a Chelsea supporter he would be talking about the game, not about how stupid he thinks we all where picking AVB, then mocking us and mocking the club with his sarcasm at the end of his post, 100 percent idiot, i might be getting very rash yes but i have a reason to be.

It's unbelievable, he's actually happy we lost, because he thinks he's proven a point.

A hard defeat would have been the defeat of Chelsea vs Barcelona where we tied 1 to 1 and got eleminated.

This is not so hard because it was expected!

Fair enough, i'm actually glad you're talking about the match now, okay i expected worse to be honest, but i also expected myself to be angry after the match and so i am, because i hate it when Chelsea lose, but i hate it even more when we keep playing like shit constantly, but to be fair we played better tahn i expected.

If action should be taken against him, it should also be taken against other member that are always "looking to wind people up".

Well i can't really name any besides him, i know you don't get along with Zolayes and you guys seem to go at it, but at least he isn't trying to wind the whole forum up like Justin is, and is actually talking about the match, you guys never seem to agree that maybe, but Justins level is actually on TROLL level.

Why is his age such a big problem, has Mourinho not said "This could be the story of a donkey who worked for 30 years but never became a horse?"

He won UEFA cup in second year of his managing career, he dealt with CSKA Moskow easily, which Mourinho with his legion of world class players only managed to get a draw today. He broke all time record of a league which ranks No.6 of Europa. If his achievement is so meaningless, then what are these managers who with their 10, 20, or 30 years of exp yet never manage to produce even close results? Then what does their so called experience really count?

The squads a mess, there's divisions in camp, players not supporting the manager... it's just a mess.

How about we don't sack the manager, but sell the players who are disrupting the dressing room, and are clearly not good enough.

I don't know any manager who can get this squad playing well again, without buying new players.

We all know this team can't win the CL, so we're gonna leave the competition sooner or later. AVB made a huge mistake with choosing midfield players.. In this type of games you HAVE to have players like Essien and Mikel (Remember the 2-2 at Olimpico di Torino?) but instead he starts with the ever-underwhelming Meireles. And Bosingwa as LB while Ashley's available? Let's all imagine how bad it would have been if Ashley didn't play and save the whole team from conceding that 4th goal.

AVB just isn't helping himself with his choice of players. Contrast AVB with Ferguson who has built 4 or 5 different teams

What I love about Ferguson is his understanding of how to get the most out of ordinary players by playing systems that bring out their limited ability and by being able to motivate them to perform. Being able to have those players work within a team system that benefits all. He has an amazing understanding of the game, players and management

AVB failed to consider the type of playing staff he had, so has to date failed to develop a system that encompassed those players. Even failing to improve the players currently working with him. In all honesty it's worrying when a manager can't even have players performance improve in any shape or form even with the way we are playing. I fear that even a player like Mata will start to go backwards.

If AVB can't get anything more from these players then I'd start to worry because a manager has to have the ability to impart a fresh approach to a player by highlighting how they can continually improve. Unfortunately AVB has no idea about the strength and weaknesses of his playing staff, for if he did certain players would not make the team and others would improve with change. That has not happened.

This is what we should be worried about.............AVB understanding.

I think AVB has tried his best to revoloutionise the squad with what he's got. We have to give to him give him credit for doing something, not many managers had the balls too give in and demote Lampard to the bench and stuff. I think you can't really have a revolution without trying to enforce a new style too. But I do agree, we need a plan B until the seasons completion, then we can fully implement AVB's philosophy. Afterall You can't make a Lamborghini with rusty parts. Alex and Anelka were probably two players that should've remained over others. But they wanted out so what can he do? I think he's done well with playing Sturridge, but Mceachran should've been used better. He's still made bigger steps in half a season that most previous managers in the youth department :D He's shown a lot of guts but dropping Torres would be a difficult task for anybody. The £50 million price tag virtually guarantee's him a spot.

Dude, starting the lineup with 3\3 incompetent midfielders EVERY MATCH is not trying to improve anything.

And let's not get started about Bosingwa and the bench (where I feel Lukas Piazon and Hutch deserve a fair chance)

I think Piazon's got a lot more talent than them, yes, but it is raw. You can't throw a very young 18 year old into the deep in end for a game of such magnitude. It's mad!
