Chelsea Sack Andre Villas-Boas

I'm backing you Andre! Fuck the haters, fuck the fans who cry their eyes out begging for change then can't withstand the difficulties that you have to face in order to correct this mess we are in! You deserve better pal from the fans and the players! It truly disgusts me the amount of grief the players are dishing out on this guy! What amazes me the most though is that it's our senior players who supposedly love this club and want to win at all costs! BULLSHIT! Lampard, Cole, Essien, whoever the fuck ever you are, if you don't want to back this young, ambitious manager when he is clearly trying but struggling then fuck off out the club. No player is bigger than the manager let alone the club. Would do you a world of favours to remember that Ashley you arrogant prick!

ANDRE VILLAS-BOAS ABOUT TO GET THE BOOT

Sunday February 26,2012

By John Richardson

ANDRE VILLAS-BOAS is on the brink of being sacked as Chelsea boss after failing to quell a dressing room mutiny.

Despite Chelsea’s win over Bolton yesterday, owner Roman Abramovich – who replaced the experienced Carlo Ancelotti with rookie Villas-Boas – is to concede that his gamble has failed.

Now Abramovich has been told by his advisors that the club won’t win anything with a divided dressing room. A Chelsea insider told the Sunday Express that the end was near for villas-Boas regardless of results. Last night Villas-Boas was linked with inter Milan.

He won't win anything changing manager like he changes his underwear! Maurizio Zamparini is a crazy owner, but Roman is even crazier

And I'd like to know the name of this "insider" :Goober:

Once again its just 'a Chelsea insider'. Lazy journalism, if there was a real story there would be at least some quotes.

when do you guys think players stop running chelsea? It almost seems as the players judge the coaches ability instead of focusing on playing a good game.

Pep would probably be our preferred replacement, we wouldn't get rid of him now and hire a coach, ruining our chances of getting Pep.

stupid answer: when they'll retire, but I'm not sure when this will happen. :whistling:

serious ans: it will happen when a certain owner will finally show he has nuts and kick the troublemakers out of the dressing room.

@eldo: good question.

Its so frustrating because the players seem to feel when we fail, the coach is 100% the problem. Some of the chants at the bridge don't help the coaches case either. What I would like to see is a signal from the front office that would show AVB is a long term investment. something like an extension of his contract. But what the media won't be told is that that extension is a club option and if we fire him, we don't have to pay him for the 4th year. just a thought.

can't stand liverpool fc

Do you guys read this before?

AVB's doing a Clough! But will it end the same for under-fire Chelsea boss?

It's interesting cause Clough after that turn out to be one of the greatest manager ever.

For me I think Clough was the best ever.

All this hate on AVB is downright ridiculous. Chelsea fans and the media are complete joke; oh my god we haven't been playing as well as we have done in the past! Big fucking deal.

This Chelsea team need to buck-the-fuck-up; stop moaning and start playing. If we fire AVB and hire Pep or whatever, as soon as they start dropping players and chaning the tactics the players will start moaning and the whole thing will start over again.

Sorry but the "untouchables" need to be let go. We need to start over.

We could talk about this over and over again but it comes down to a few simple points -

1. AVB is young and will have to learn by his mistakes , he has the talent but will he be given the time here ?

2. AVB was sucessfully at porto , becuase he had the players to play his system , we dont just look at the high line drama ealier this season. we over rely on a taget man.

3. The dead wood is still here ,these players should have been shipped out a while ago and now we are paying the price.

4. Time to asses the sqaud. AVB needed time to see what he needed in the summer and didnt really have the time to make the nesseary changes.

5. Player Power , its obvious there are sides within the sqaud.

6. Lack of passion - what have some of these players got to prove anymore ? they are just building up there retirement fund. unlike the team jose inherited who hadnt won a thing and were young and hungry.

I have been very dissapointed this season , but by no means do i feel we should get rid because i dont think he has been given a fair run to make a team. if we are still playing shit with his players then i agree he is not up to the job...
