It's Mourinho all the way. He has set everything up for the big return with what he has said leading up to the end of the season. Great times are just ahead of us.

I would love to see Neymar play for Chelsea. Hey football is a business and Chelsea are expanding themselves around the globe just like other clubs. It's not just can this player win trophies for us now it's also about marketing. Look how Real Madrid made their money back instantly from Ronaldo's transfer just from jersey sales. Neymar is an intriguing player because if Chelsea sit back and let him go to Barcelona only to become a world football superstar, they will be kicking themselves. Neymar knows he needs to take his game the next level and with Oscar, Luiz and Ramires in the club he has friends already there when he arrives. Why does everyone say "well he blocks this player" it's about competition and the best who rise the club benefits. Look at how the manager bitched about fatigue yet none of you want to add anyone else in the attacking midfield....Marko Marin can't even get a match yet you complain players will get blocked. Marin isn't good enough is the point, so players like Mata get worn out as a result. This squad is thin and you can't assume someone like Kevin De Bruyne will instantly get into the squad as much as I like him. I know it comes down to preference but we don't pick the teams and if Roman wants Neymar and say De Bruyne is sold it's just life. Or as I said a business.
-
I like Marin, but when Chelsea paid Werder to get him, Bundesliga bloggers I read were laughing at Chelsea for paying more than he was worth, that he was overhyped. That Werder Bremen practically packed Marin's bags for him. I rooted for Marin to outshine Moses but Marin can't even sub in over Oscar to play out wide vs West Ham. Marin needs a loan to jumpstart his career if he still dreams of playing for Germany's NT and I doubt he ever returns.

Cahill and Luiz struggled as usual as a duo but they were both bullied by Carroll too easily. Terry if fit should ALWAYS be starting over Cahill. Not having a defensive midfielder back there to help shield and mop up exposes their weaknesses even more. Ramires and Lampard both got too forward as usual leaving acres of space behind them but West Ham didn't have the players to put this back six to the sword.

Mourinho's return will be the much needed shot in the arm of not only Chelsea but the sagging EPL as a whole.

http://www.expressandstar.com/sport/west-bromwich-albion-fc/2013/03/15/ben-foster-warns-stoke-of-romelu-lukaku-threat/ I apologize if someone already posted this interview with Ben Foster talking about Romelu. Lots of encouraging stuff in this interview. I'm glad Lukaku is coming back. The timing is right to get that young Belgian nucleus together on the pitch for Chelsea next season, growing together. It won't be hard to find backup strikers to play behind him.

Their manager is a tinker man gone insane.
-
Todd has some tough competition for a right back spot. Kalas, Omeruo and Wallace. Good luck to him. Maybe two of them vie for a CB spot instead.
-
Today CFC announced Todd Kane is going on a second loan spell back to Blackburn. I was wondering why Feruz isn't going out on a loan until April like Todd? Does the club value him in the Nextgen Cup more than him getting valuable minutes in the Championship? There are club in need of someone like him to get into promotion. Boro are one example who are struggling to get goals and with Josh already there it would be a good setup for Feruz.
-
Of course a simple change in FORMATION that actually benefits several current players would greatly improve the team, but then there's too many "expensive cars sitting in the garage" and it's more fun to jam square pegs into round holes apparently with the board.
-
The answer may already be there within the club with Oscar, KDB or McEachran but it would help if there was a good director of football and a staff that can find a successful bargain out there and not get bent over a barrel by other clubs' stupid buyout clauses.
-
I hope he goes on a tear and scores a load of goals to finish the season. Only because I want other clubs to think "he's back" and take him. He can go for a cup of coffee for all I care. Typical Torres, scores a goal then misses another.
-
I believe Lazar Markovic is a done deal. There was more to his visit to London to that of Taison. They wined and dined this kid along with players joining him for dinner to convince him. This team needs more options out wide and along with KDB the team then has that.
-
I always liked the idea of him as a right back. Let a more technical player occupy his role in midfield and let him be a beast at right back.
-
His numbers would be even greater if he was Chelsea's #10 but I can live with it
-
Yeah sounds TOTALLY worth what Roman paid for his transfer...
-
I hope Chelsea are still interested in Marquinhos of Roma. I'm done with both Cahill and Ivanovich.
-
Frank I have to say has put up with a lot of bullshit thrown his way. Asking one of England's best midfielders of all time to sit way back and sit alongside a holding midfielder when he's been the 20 plus goal scorer for years is tough to take on the chin. But he's tried his best and obviously it's not his favored position but he's tried his best to help the team win and that's why he's so beloved.

I don't about most of you but I had to endure garbage commentary of the Fox Soccer Channel, an Arsenal-United ass licker channel and this article addresses the unbelievable bias out of the mouth of that cunt Ian Wright http://epltalk.com/2013/03/10/ian-wrights-embarrassing-commentary-against-chelsea-fans-on-fox-soccer-sours-a-brilliant-game/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+EPLTalk+%28EPL+Talk%29

Should we put our faith in the youth?

This is what I'm talking about. People are taking notice. Hopefully Roman selects the right man to coach the best out of these great young players. http://ninetyminutesonline.com/2013/03/10/chelseas-returning-starlets-will-form-the-nucleus-of-an-exceptional-team/? -
Some dirty play by Rio. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1M6oWUsRXI&feature=player_embedded

If you look at the players on loan and the potential compared to other clubs' younger players in the EPL, Chelsea are pretty fucking scary in the future. -
Coming back against United and sitting back thinking that United is top of the league just makes me think this is just BEGGING for the return of the "Special One" because the league is soft and ready for the taking!
-
Chalobah, Romeu, Ake, players with an eye for quick passing. Makes Mikel look slow. The positioning has been evolving and requiring more than what Mikel brings.
-
Oscar hasn't even finished his first season and he's getting harsh criticism. Like he said in a recent interview, he's learning the EPL, adjusting to life in another country, and I think he deals with immense expectations placed upon him really well. Being asked to play on the wing can't be easy but he just does the best he can. He doesn't whine to the press about it. Great young man.
