4-2-3-1: Blackman, Christensen, Davey, Ake, Nditi, Houghton, Loftus-Cheek, Baker, Boga, Lalkovic, Feruz. Chelsea win 3-0 but Rafa fired.

I hope this story isn't true. Chelsea already have a great young striker for the future in Islam Feruz.

He has a great opportunity with PSG to win right away with players like Pastore, Ibra, Moura, etc owned by the wealthy Qatari family who have Platini in their back pocket. Some say what's the point of winning in another league when he's already done that but like you said, why come to Chelsea who have no identity, no clear direction and no patience with managers.

Not going as far back as some Chelsea fans can, I didn't know about Gus Poyet "kissing the cock" as they say in front of Chelsea's bench as a Spuds player, but he is sorry for that and was aiming his emotions at Ranieri not the fans. Having said that, he's never managed in the top flight, managed only a few years, but is an ex Blue. He is getting slack from Brighton fans lately for tactically not having a plan B. Something that was brought up about Di Matteo's tactics as well. At first I thought he'd be a good hire but now I think his appointment would be another ticking time bomb. Same goes for Zola. They need to stay away and build their success elsewhere.

Jose's style of football doesn't match up with Roman's preference. If things ever went sour again with Jose, Chelsea fans will turn up with torches and demand Roman to sell the club.
-
Would you swap him to Corinthians for Paulinho? Both cost around the same.
-
That sums it up for me. He doesn't really give a fuck nowadays. He's checked out. And come Monday Rafa will be resuming training once again.

With everything that's gone wrong this season, this is nice news for a change. Having Nathaniel included in the squad next season can do nothing but help the club's image.
-
If Roman is in contact with Hiddink to pick his brain over a candidate, my money is on Frank Rijkaard.

The Mirror claims Chelsea are letting Lukaku stay an extra 18 months at WBA to further his development. Chelsea will continue to receive a loan fee and wish Romelu the best.
-
Speaking of Ray Wilkins he said the Fernando Torres move was all down to Carlo. Carlo came to Roman with a list and Roman funded it. I always thought it was Roman's fantasy purchase.
-
Chelsea reportedly approached him before the Euros and maybe at the time he didn't feel ready but in December he enrolled in English language classes to prepare for a job in England. He's never bad mouthed Chelsea so he could be still open to an offer.

Zemen was sacked and supposedly Roma asked Laurent Blanc who turned them down waiting for a chance in England. So Blanc is out there waiting for a vacancy in England you say?

Fucking Ivanovic SUCKS today, he just lets attackers have all the space they want in the box! Easy pass to Sissoko

Sounds like Islam Feruz should get a call up for the next match.

Demba's eyes are gonna swell up, he has to come off but he gave it a go tho

Cahill has had several soft clearances. No confidence. Players looking at the sky, hands on heads and hips. Rafa needs to go, this squad is miserable.
-
Bertrand off at halftime for Torres please.
-
Holding midfield keeps offering second and third chances.
-
Bertrand and Ivan? Holy crap. There goes the confidence....

Messi confronts Arbeloa in parking lot after Classico
Blue Gino replied to Santiago.'s topic in Football Chat
Did Messi ask Pique to pick him up and hurl him at Arbeloa so he can punch him? -
It's a simple question but not with this club. There's no identity and won't be until a manager is given the chance to have a trusting relationship and comfortably establish his ideas and tactics. It's a cold atmosphere and I don't blame managers for passing on this club in it's current state. It's sad really. A manager can win two major trophies and be sacked after a poor run of results when the season isn't even a at the halfway mark. I think the club is trying to remove any influential veterans that will cause disharmony but they should have had the manager's back but cowardly hid and let the manager get the public beat down instead. The board is comprised of idiots who just want to be on Roman's good side and collect a pay check. A major rehaul needs to take place from the top and install people with a common objective, not merely hire some guy who pissed on Chelsea previously just to get the better of one inconsistent striker. Roman needs to sit down and get a brutal assessment from a Hiddink or someone and take a bigger look at the way the club is being run and get that current board the fuck out of here. THEN pursue a manager who will have the club's best interests at heart. Not some has been who is in fucking denial at the current state of things saying shit like the club is making great progress, etc. The team is in fucking turmoil and it's been a slow fucking rot and this board blames everyone but them selves.
