  1. Will be interesting to see if Lukaku becomes a regular at Chelsea...he's still got a long way to go in terms of development I think we'll see Courtois and Piazon next season...with the likes of Zouma, Traore in the long run.
  2. Wouldn't mind 3 years...if it includes a coaching role for JT. eg. He could play another year and then if he wants to stay at Chelsea, he could become Jose's defensive coach
  3. Priorities for next transfer window: 1. Quality striker 2. Young LB (I'd take Shaw or Rodriguez)
  4. @JayC, No need to be sensitive mate Let's put this way...Mata should help United improve and the 37 million should help us sign a decent striker Win win situation for both clubs?
  5. Makes sense...he wouldn't start ahead of JT & Cahill at this point of his young career
  6. Does Hernandez fit Mourinho's system? I'd much rather stick with our current 3...and then buy someone at the end of the season
  7. If we had actually scored from a set piece against West Ham...then I would understand his importance...but at the end of the day, we didn't score. Azpi should have started at RB against West Ham
  8. Let me ask you a question...if Rooney was sold to Chelsea in the last transfer window...and then a Chelsea fan went onto redcafe and started saying: "You sold us your best player"... What type of reaction would he/she receive from United supporters?
  9. You have NO CHANCE of winning the league whilst Moyes is the manager A few signings won't do much....you guys need a squad overhaul
  10. Can't wait to see Zouma in a Chelsea shirt He's got more potential than Kalas and Omerou
  11. yes, he generally is quality but occasionally, he has a bad performance...just like every other midfielder in europe
  12. According to Deloitte... "It suggests a £40m increase on commercial revenue on the previous year and matchday income has increased by 12 per cent to £39.6m. City's overall revenue figure sees them virtually over the line in passing FFP" Full article: http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/news-and-comment/deloitte-football-money-league-report-manchester-city-ffp-hopes-lifted-by-revenue-hike--but-its-not-good-news-for-manchester-united-9078607.html
  13. I just don't see Mata returning. He'll probably move to Spain next...and Chelsea will probably sign another attacking midfielder in the coming seasons..
  14. City & PSG are making a mockery of FFP... I just read somewhere that PSG want Pjanic (price-tag 45 million euros)...even after they agreed to sign Cabaye for 23 million
  15. He's definitely not worth 30 million 20 million + add-ons should be enough to get him
  16. Where's the link between Van Persie and Afonso Alves? They were at completely different stages of development.. Van Persie was signed as a 21 year old and developed by Arsenal...Afonso signed for Boro after one great season in the dutch league.

  18. The question should be: why doesn't the club/coach trust them to do a job at LB? Shaw looks like a good player...but is he really worth 25+ million? (In my opinion, no)
  19. He's not clinical like Falcao or Cavani...but I'd say his finishing is 7.5/10
  20. We're pretty much set for the next decade in terms of attacking midfielders... Everyone is 23 years or younger (except Willian) Now all we need is a quality striker...and a LB capable of taking over from Cole
  21. Agree, Neville's not the best commentator...but Michael Owen is awful.
  22. Matic is like a breathe of fresh air for our midfield Good win...but the 5th round draw was harsh.
  23. Simple, NOBODY wants to pay Torres' wages. He's past his peak and he won't really improve a top-class side
  24. To be fair...if Mata was sold to PSG or a Spanish club...there would not have been so much reaction Maybe Lampard won't leave at all...he could get his coaching badges and become Jose's assistant in 2-3 seasons time
  25. Feb 8 23:45 EST Liverpool v Arsenal Anfield Premier League Feb 12 06:45 EST Arsenal v Manchester United Emirates Stadium Premier League Feb 19 06:45 EST Arsenal v Bayern Munich Emirates Stadium UEFA Champions League (Round of 16) Feb 22 02:00 EST Arsenal v Sunderland Emirates Stadium Premier League Mar 1 02:00 EST Stoke City v Arsenal Britannia Stadium Premier League Mar 8 02:00 EST Arsenal v Swansea City Emirates Stadium Premier League Mar 11 06:45 EST Bayern Munich v Arsenal Allianz Arena UEFA Champions League (Round of 16) Mar 15 02:00 EST Tottenham Hotspur v Arsenal White Hart Lane Premier League Mar 22 02:00 EST Chelsea v Arsenal Stamford Bridge Premier League Mar 29 02:00 EST Arsenal v Manchester City Emirates Stadium Premier League If Arsenal survive February and March...they might have a chance of winning the title However, I'm expecting them to drop points..particularly against Liverpool, us & City.
