kellzfresh got a reaction from bigbluewillie in Stamford Bridge Thread
Want to give a special appreciation to the away fans. They have supported the club through thick and thin and they deserve all the best things in life. Caicedo in a previous interview during the summer said he was more comfortable playing away from home and I didn't understand till this season.
We now have four home games in a row (Barrow, Brighton, Gent and Nottingham Forest). I want to appeal to the home fans to support the team during the match. Please don't boo the players or chant about players that are not playing for Chelsea.
We all love Chelsea and all we want is anything to keep the club winning. So we need to support in any way we can, no matter how small

Kyle Walker prolonged his career after suffering groin injuries around James' age.
You know how he did that? By getting fucking surgery.

Maatsen is probably a decent emergency option at RB if need as well.

Thank fuck we bought Malo Gusto when we did. If we were trying to now after everyone knows we are desperate he’d cost £70m or something.
Also, thank fuck we only have 1 game per week for much of the season so we shouldn’t be hurt too much by only having Gusto if Reece is out.

kellzfresh reacted to Vesper in Chelsea 1-1 Newcastle
he had already become pretty meh for his last two years there (compared his 3 straight great, WC years)
he was already showing laziness again (a problem at Pool for him early on) and his shooting boots were left in the locker far too often
I was hardly over the moon when we bought him, but I admit I had no clue he would be THIS poor
he is an utter liability

He's just a bit of a myth Sterling- We had our y-fronts pulled down with him.
If we get Kudus I can see his game time drastically reducing.

I didnt expect that Sterling was so so bad
clever from city to sell him

Don't think it was Enzo's best game, but since he's come off you can see the stark difference in control and composure in our midfield.

Sterling has been the only genuinely terrible performer so far in preseason. Very concerning.
Andrey Santos looks very nice on the ball here, though.

made a point tonight to watch sterling properly instead of just moaning about him - NOTHING has changed. he is poor, city 100% carried him

kellzfresh got a reaction from James in 🇸🇳 15. Nicolas Jackson
He looks a proper striker. Anytime he comes on the pitch or is on the pitch, we score more, create more and play better. When he goes off, we are worse off as a team this preseason. And he is surprisingly very fast
We might have discovered a gem here...

2 goals 3 assists in 120 mins. But it is not just that, great link up play, fighting spirit. Great catch by scouts.

Announce Enrique and end this madness. Stop hiring managers who don't have a pattern of play, a system, a philosophy. We had Tuchel, Conte and Sarri who had this and ended up winning trophies. They didn't tinker their formations for any opponent. Guardiola, Ancelloti, Klopp does not tinker formations for anyone. These are top level managers whose philosophy can handle any tactics or situation and they force the players to abide by the system.
That is what Enrique will bring. Announce Enrique to come and take over even if it is in the summer. So that we fans can have a reason to endure this torture.

Frank does not build a team, he builds individuals and tells the players to express themselves. No tactics or ideas passed on to the players by Frank so it's easy to dismantle after the players have exhausted their energy in the beginning of the match.
Tuchel, Conte and Sarri were excellent at building teams, a style of play, a system to follow no tinkering of formations, just one style and we stick to it and form chemistry and understanding.
Knowing this, I think the owners should announce that Luis Enrique is taking over in the summer to bring some calm. He will bring a system, a style, a philosophy and compel the players to stick to it. Eventually the team chemistry and understanding will improve and we will be back to the top.
He is the best fit for the club and is the kind of high level manager we need for a club of our stature. Chelsea fans need to realize that only an elite manager can take us back to our level, stop managing scrubs.
