Fucking typical. Another fucking decision that goes againt us. Hernandez makes a bee line for Terry the goes down like he's been shot by a fucking sniper. JT gets booked, Manu fart about with the ball for a bit then score. I fucking knew that would happen. I've been sitting waiting for it the whole first half. I'm getting fucking sick of this shit.
Too many empty shirts out there tonight. Lampard, Drogba and Essien have done hee haw. Lampard cant make anything stick, Drogba is more interested in fannying about and Essien is chasing shadows. Ditch this 4-4-2 and go 4-3-3
Well, I guess we'll be going all out for the Champions League this season since we basically screwed up the chance to retain the title at the weekend. If we get through this round I'd be confident saying we'll go all the way to the final to face Barcelona. Any time we've played them over the past few seasons we've shown we have the ability to stand strong and stifle their game. the last two ocassions we faced each other we were harshly put out by a dodgy ref (Ovrebo you bald cnut) and a last minute wonder goal by Iniesta. If there's a team that can put Baarca in their place it's us. Nothing would give me as much pleasure than beating Barcelona at Wembley and watching Blatter squirm as he hands the trophy to JT. Anywho.......enough of me and my crystal ball. Lets get into these Manc cunts :cfc:
Sky+ the game and watched after the Rangers match :champions: As expected Citeh showed very little in terms of a threat, we completely dominated play from start to finish and should have won more comfortably. I'm really watming to Ramires. I thought he was excellent in the middle today and he scored a stonker of a goal. Right now I'd say we were the form team in the title race. We're back to playing the football we were at the start of the campaign and I reckon we can win the title. I took us at 8/1 several weeks ago when we were out of it and I'm due a £500+ return if we pull it off :eyebrows:
IIRC the last game consisted of City packing the midfield and we resorted to lumping balls up to a uninterested Drogba who got owned all day by the City defence. The best way to beat City if they adopt a defensive set up (which they probably will) will be to play around them and not through them. Stretch the play at every opportunity and do what we do best. I reckon we'll go 4-3-3
Not really imo. We done the double over them last season, we've already beaten them this season and the last time we lost to them was over two years ago. Along with Barca......we were the one side they didn't want to get.
After our win against them a few weeks back they know we have the beating of them and that was when we weren't playing that well. We are only now beginning to show our early season form and if any Manure fan is optimistic about facing us then they need their fooking heads looked at. There's no easy draws at this stage, but I'm happy we get another English side for several reasons. 1 - We dont have to travel to the arsehole of nowhere (Shaktar) when we are still in with a slim chance of regaining the title. 2 - We know exactly what we're up against.
