What has Rio been flapping his gums about ?

Anton has handed in a statement to the FA apparently..........

Just watched the goals back for the first time on Goals on Sunday. Every single one of the goals we conceded could have been avoided. 1st goal - Gervinho who layed the ball off Van Persie to score walked away from Mikel who has switched off. Ivanovic was ball watching and let Gervinho go between him and Terry to lay it on a plate for Van Persie. 2nd goal - Everyone had got sucked in field toward the play, Bosingwa was miles out of position and Santos moved forward. Sturridge should have been staying with him to cover for Bosingwa, but he let him go and could have at least out a last ditch tackle in to stop the shot on goal. He actually stopped running seconds before the shot was taken. 3rd goal - Walcott trips over thin air in front of 4 Chelsea players.....FOUR CHELSEA PLAYERS.....who immediately switched off (Mikel, Ash, JT and Ivanovic). Walcott gets back on his feet and runs through them as if they weren't there......bingo.....goal. 4th goal - Malouda.......What a stupid ball. 5th goal - Arsenal on the break, Bosingwa was in a good position at first, but once the ball went to Van Persie he sprinted toward him and like Sturridge for the 2nd goal, he stopped running seconds before the shot was taken. Why ?......absolutely pathetic.

Any other day we'd have wiped the floor with them. The media are making a big deal out of Manure humping everyone in sight. That was a freak game that had quite a lot of major incidents go against us. We're nothing like Arsenal imo.......Our tactics were spot on, the stats show that.
-
Manure are notoriously slow starters in a league campaign. This will be something new for quite a few of their players. They have been used to chasing someone rather than looking over their shoulder. Now the shoes is on the other foot lets see how they manage. It's a whole different ball game keeping the momentum when you've no one to claw back.

I haven't read through the thread, but here's my take on things. The scoreline is very, very flattering to Manure. On another day we could have buried them had we taken our chances and their goals been chalked off for offside. That's the way the cookie crumbles. Don't let the media hype make you believe that they are this unstoppable machine because they aren't. We matched them all over the pitch and created a hell of a lot more clear cut chances than them. Smalling was offside when the free kick came in for their first, Nani was offside when the ball was crossed across the pitch to him before he ran on goal and their 3rd could have went anywhere. Fortunately for them, it dropped to the feet of the granny shagging fuck nugget to slot home. Apart from that they didn't really concern me. I'm overall pleased with how we played today. I saw plenty out there to make me believe we will be right up there come May. Don't let this defeat get you down as there is a very long way to go yet.

I tend to use this site. It has all streams available for each game from all the various site all in one place. It saves you going from one site to another looking for one that works. Just start at the top and work your way down. Wee buns http://www.footballstreaming.info/streams/todays-links/

No no no no no no no no no no no no There's no way I want this horrible cretin anywhere near Stamford Bridge.

Torres is going to explode into life sooner or later. Why not on Sunday ? I'm really looking forward to this game. No one is talking about us.......it's all about Manure & Citeh. We're just quietly going about our business. I reckon we'll give them a right doing :cfc:

Celtic FC: Embarrassed by nothing, offended by everything

Nice to see the great unwashed are taking this well. Also the police are investigating the abuse aimed at the young lad since his departure from those jolly craicsters in the green and grey.

Fuck yeah !!!!
-
Who's the old farts over 51 ?
-
They should be more worried about how to beat us........Remember Liverpool last season ? They were in horrid form when we played them and they turned us over no problem. FFS.....even Torres scored. Manure have scraped past West Brom, beat a poor Spurs, destroyed a woeful Arsenal and yesterdays result for them was a decent score, but that was a Bolton side that allowed them to play. This will be their toughest test to date in the league and we will not make it easy for them. They've been getting all the headlines while we plod along doing what's needed to win and in the process we're right up there. The shoe was on the other foot last season when we were spanking everyone left right and centre..........it means nothing at the end of the day when you can't beat your rivals in head-to-heads. These are the games that matter.

Right.......that's an email sent to numerous UK Media outlets to get this highlighted.
-
You don't need the club to approach the FA for action to be taken. As far as I'm aware if the referee hasn't booked Bardsley for the incident and if it's not in his match report then a review panel can take action against Bardsley. I suppose the only way it's going to get a mention is if it's brought to the attention of the appropriate people. If I have to go on a one man crusade to get this thug banned I will. Power to the people.

Nah mate, I'm sorry......but that's the sort of incident that gets pulled up every week on MOTD, SSN, Goals on Sunday, etc......Sky have made a big song and dance about Kevin Davis' "clumsy tackle" on Cleverly and we haven't even got a mention. Just because Mata was able to get up and continue playing does not make it right or acceptable. A player shouldn't have to leave the pitch on a stretcher for something like this to be highlighted. For me it's just as bad as the infamous tackle by Roy Keane on Haaland. Mata was fortunate Bardsley didn't stamp on his spine.......he could have been finished. Look at this video of a tackle on Pienaar and tell me he didn't intend on taking him out. You'll see the same reaction as we saw against Mata. An instant "I will now stand up and claim my innocence" look on his face. the guy is a thug and deserves the full force of the FA banning his thuggish behaviour for a very long time.
-
Who ......Phil Bardsley the Scotland international ?
-
Why has this not been highlighted by SSN or MOTD ? I was furious that Bardsley got off with one of the most blatant acts of stamping you'll see this season. It's showed clearly on this link below with several angles in "slow motion" (on 47 seconds). Bardsley adjusts his feet to make sure he was able to drive his foot down on Matas back. He even has the audacity to turn around straight after he done it and apologise for making contact. That angered me more. I hope for the sake of other players out there that this thug is taken to task over his actions. This is not the first time Bardsley has went recklessly into a tackle or left someone leaving the pitch on a stretcher. He's a thug......plain and simple. http://deadspin.com/5838953/watch-a-chelsea-player-take-cleats-to-his-back-and-decide-for-yourself-whether-it-was-intentional

Playing as a lone striker imo takes away the part of his game that makes him dangerous. He's better coming in from out wide with the ball. I'd take Anelka off for Torres and push Sturridge out right.
-
Quite happy about this.....decent player
-
Can't wait........
-
This is absolute bollocks........I'm off to watch some paint dry
-
Boo Hoo.....Stoke didn't lie down and let us thump them 6-0
-
Was always going to be a tough game, the ref didn't help matters with some of his decision making....mind boggling to say the least. That being said.......in terms of a creative force we were pathetic in the 1st half. Kalou and Malouda offered nothing. It was good to see Torres looking like a player again. He and Ramires ran their socks off. A lot of teams will there and come away with nothing, so a point may not be a bad thing when you look at the bigger picture. I'm just glad that game's out of the way.
