It is Conte´s fault that he does not select the players that deliver .Oscar,Matic,Cahill and Iva do not deliver good, constant performances, but that is Conte´s job.Maybe they have a good attutude, but if they are shit, there are shit.Best attitude will not make them world class players...
-
That is most likely the reason why Conte lets him play.He was the Juventus manager at that time ...
-
He really does not deserve to sit on the bench, especially because the reason he does not play is Oscar.According to many users here,he does not play because Oscar is a pressing machine and wins a lot of tackles, but we still concede so many goals. I would rather have Cesc, who actually can play good passes, world class passes and he dictates the tempo of our play so well. If Conte does not play him in the next few matches as a starter, then we are seriously in trouble
-
I will never understand what Chelsea coaches see in Oscar.Oscar is the reason why KDB,Mata and Cesc were benched and let´s be honest, alls of the three player named players are million times more useful than Oscar is,but still Oscar is playing and playing one match after on another. I do not get it.
-
We play ten times better football when he is playing
-
I am kinda sad that we do not have at least one youth team player on the bench...
-
Being a Chelsea manager means high pressure,so even though we have the best youth in the world, our managers let players like Matic and Oscar play due to the fact that they have experience. Our managers will not risk giving a youth player a chance. Christensen was ready two years ago,Mou did not want to take that risk to give him an unexperienced youth team player a fair chance . Musonda was definitely good enough for a squad player role, neither did Mourinho nor Hiddink think so because they did not want to risk it. We have so much quality in our youth, but it is kinda sad that we get coaches that do not want to take risks. Even Guardiola said that our youth is very good. We won the Youth League twice in a row with other players. Boga,Abraham,Musonda and Christensen are doing very well at their clubs,so the quality is there, but the manager that gives fair chances to players is not there. Kimpembe,a PSG youth player, said recently that he likes Emery because he treats and sees every player the same, which means that a players name and reputation does not affect Emery for his starting line up. That is something that Laurent Blanc lacked in the opinion of Kimpembe,so you can see that there is no real equality for youth players when you have a manager that wants just short term success.

You mean like Luis?
-
No the all mighty Gary Cahill
-
Did you see him play?

Today,Jeremie Boga scored one goal, but his team Granada lost against Las Palmas 5:1.His goal was quite good,it reminded me of a lot of Hazard goals when Hazard usually comes from his left side and just scored with his right foot.Jeremie is so like him and his technique is very impressive. He is a Hazard 2.0,but I have to say that the person that loaned him out to Granada should lose his job.Granada is unbelievable bad.I do not know how to describe that in words how bad Granada is. To imagine how bad they are ,you can imagine a back four with 4 Ivanovics doing one mistake after one another,5 Matics that cannot play any normal passes and their first touch were weird too and one Boga, who did not belong in such a bad team that cannot play normal possesion football. Jeremie Boga was most likely the most fouled player on the pitch, fould probably around 5 times or more and this also reminds me of Hazard because you can´t stop him in other ways. When Jeremie had the ball,he always knew what to do with the ball, when to go to the dribbling,or when to pass the ball to his teammates, but to be honest,I like him more selfish due to the fact that his teammates can´t play simple passes. They destroyed so many counters,it is unbelievable.Boga did have some good movement without the ball running behind defenders or getting into spots were no other opponent was,but he did not receive the ball. All in all,I am very pleased with Boga, although I do not think that his season he will not make that many scorerpoints with Granada. They are not a team that is able to play with the ball. All they did was playing long balls nowhere. If Boga was lucky,he received a ball to his feet.

Maybe because Rodriguez did not play that good in defensive terms last year.Offensive wise,he is good, but his defensive work has to improve.
-
We also do not need Hazard because United won the PL with only one world class player that was in his prime and that was RVP.But it is nice to have a Hazard in your team. If we want to compete against great clubs in the CL,we need to have a player that actually can create chances. Barcelona was the best team over a long time of period because they had world class creative playern like Iniesta and Xavi in their midfield, they had world class creative strikers like Messi,Villa and Henry in the front. Cesc played a huge role in our title winning season due to the fact that Cesc assisted most of Costa´s goals with great passes. When Cesc was not in form anymore,Costa also started to play bad because his good runs where useless. The reason for that was that Cesc did not play those balls that Costa needed,so Costa was useless. We had luck that Hazard was in his form of life and he delivered in the second half of the season, but Cesc played a huge part, also against the big team, in our title winning season. Cesc has his defensive weaknesses, but Kante and Mikel(I hope this Matic shit stops) can cover his ass,so he can concentrate on what he does best and that is assisting goals and creating chances for our strikers. The funny thing is that City plays with Silva and KDB in a midfield. They both are not players that are known for their world class tackling rates.Stil, they seem to do pretty well.
-
But is Brozovic anywhere near Cesc level when it comes to passing? We need a world class passer in a midfield with Kante and Matic. If Hazard is injured,Oscar will not deliver
-
It is funny that Oscar survived all those coaches and he won he battle against Mata,KDB and Cesc, but he still delivers no creativity going forward. He may run a lot and he can also defend against smaller teams, but he gets easily destroyed by bigger teams.I remember against PSG,he was completely destroyed, delivered nothing in that match and that is a typical Oscar.Good against smaller teams, struggles against middle class teams and gets destroyed by bigger teams. Cesc can deliver great passes against any team,he is that good.He gets exposed defensively, but he has his strenghts going forward. If Cesc is out,Costa will struggle a lot due to the fact that Only Hazard can feed him with good passes and if that is not the case anymore,Costa actually has to get back and get the ball and that is something I honestly do not want to see.The reason for that is simple. If he has to get the ball from the back,he has to do more with his feet. His first touch and his combination play are horrible. His two biggest strenghts are his shot accurancy and his runs behind the defenders. He will not be able to do that shit,so Costa is basically useless for most of the time. If we get James,I could understand Cesc leaving and accept it,but Oscar as our main starter and Cesc leaving is too much for me.Selling Mata, selling KDB and selling Cesc and giving Oscar the chance being the main starter for the next 5 years is too much for me.I can´t handle that shit. All those named played were far better than Oscar, but all our coaches thought that Oscar was the real deal...
-
There is a reason why people are complaining.Yesterday,we had a good game, but let´s be honest with ourselves,we only did perform that good due to Hazard´s tremendous performance. If Hazard didn´t play well yesterday,we would have really struggled to create some chances. Our whole game depends on Hazard´s form and that is not good enough against bigger teams, who are much more capable to cause Hazard some trouble. Matic technique is not good enough and Oscar is just not creative enough,so just bench Oscar for Cesc and replace Mikel for Matic.Mikel is not the best at going forward, but he does his job at defending and he offers good fast passes, while Matic struggles with that,so we need to fix our problems. If Mikel does not deliver,Chalobah played really well in his pre season games,so why not give him a fair chance?
-
Still not creative enough, but we have the luck that Hazard in form has enough creativitiy to destroy our opponents,or at least against the smaller teams.
-
Maybe because they waited one season and met the asking price of the selling club. I am quite sure that Napoli will sell Koulibaly for 60 mio. next season
-
Last year,Everton said that Stones in not for sale. After playing a shit year at Everton,Everton would of course sell Stones to the club that gives them the most money.City bought Stones for an big amount of money.Last year,Pogba did not want to leave.According to Pogba´s agent,Chelsea bid around 90 millions, but neither Juventus wanted to sell Pogba nor Pogba wanted to leave. That was a unrealistic target. We could have gottenStones if we really wanted him,but Naingollan did not want to leave,Koulibaly and Romagnoli are not for sale,so that are targets that cannot be bought for any price.Don´t waste any time on unrealistic targets.
-
He had some unrealistic targets like Koulibaly,Romagnoli and Naingollan. We could have bought Stones,if Conte wanted to,even though I do not think Stones would have been our saviour because he is too raw in his game.
-
A good back three only works for Juventus due to the fact that Bonnucci and Chillieni are both able to play good, long balls to players like Dybala or Morata.Of course, the back three of Juventus as rock solid, but 2 of them have offensive duties as well.Only Christensen is able to play those great balls
-
Is he really that good? The videos I watched said that he was not the guy that has the vision nor the abilitiy to play long balls to strikers.I do not think that he is the one we should look for.Koulibaly or Maksimovic have the ability to play long balls like Bonucci does, but I do not see Romagnoli play those balls.
-
He made his debut in La Liga,so here are some stats of his game 1 Shot 93% Passing 1 Chance 3 Dribbles 1 Aerial Won Here are his video Highlights. Obviously, you can see here clearly his immese potential.Great dribbling, quite fast and he actually tracks back to win som defense duels. It is funny that a 20 year old kid has a better technique than some of our starting eleven.Costa,Matic and Oscar are nowhere near his technique.I just hope he found his key to stay injury free and Conte will give him a fair chance, which is quite uncommon for a Chelsea coach,by the way
-
I can´t even think about a player that is able to constantly play those great long passes like Cesc does.Xavi was the only player that I remember that could do so .
-
Isn´t he a little bit too small for a CB?
