We could integrate our youth team players like RLC or Solanke.Both are good enough,but Mou did not give Solanke his chance and RLC is still just a bench player.

Nah,Mou hates rotation.Somehow,Mou managed to play a first team line up in the last CL group match,even though some youth players could have gotten into the starting line up.Mou still played the first team,so I do not have any hopes that Mou will start to rotate more and especially giving our youth team players a chance.Kenedy and Zouma are not former youth team players. Apart from that,we only have 2 youth players in our youth team,who are ready to play and who went not on loan this summer.These two players are Musonda and RLC.Maybe,you could also include Aina,but Iva is most likely be the BU for Azpi,so there would be no room for Aina. Hm,Christensen is loaned out and to be honest,I do not believe that he is good enough for Chelsea.Maybe after three or four seasons,he will be ready,but right now,we do not have a CB with very big potential in our youth.They are all good,bu no one would improve us. THe talents that would be ready to improve us would be Musonda,Boga(loaned out),Solanke(loaned out),RLC(bench player),Charlie Colkett and Aina(much better than Iva,but that doesn´t mean anything)

I highly doubt that Mou will give Mikels bench place to RLC ,even though I would love the idea.Mou loves Mikel and Mou always uses him,when we want to park the bus.RLC for example is not a no.6.He can play that role,but you would waste his talent.He should be given the Ramires spot on the bench because Ramires and RLC play the box to box player role and Mikel is the park the bus type of player^^. But a man can still dream that RLC will be given a fair chance.

I would dream of that,but when Ramires and Oscar are fit,RLC will not be even on the bench.RLC has luck that Oscar and Rami are injured.

RLC is even stronger,has a very good technique,although Pogba has the far superior shooting technique. But Mou has to give him chances like he gives Ivanovic his chances.A fair amount of games where he can play as a number 8.RLC is not a number 6,even though he played quite good yesterday playing this role,but he is not a nr.6.He is also not a number 10 where Mou used him somestimes.I do not know why he even used him there. Just give him a chance and give him at least a little bit of freedom.Matic would than have a strong midfield partner on his side,who actually can win some tackles unlike Cesc and that would mean that Matic can concentrate on doing what Matic does best and that´s winning tackles.When Cesc only plays along side him,Matic has to do everything.He has to run,win tackles,make some good passes etc.Matic is not Son Goku who can do everything^^.He needs RLC to support him.If RLC plays with Matic,Cesc could concentrate doing his offensive part of his job and even if he loses some tackles,no worries,RLC and Matic would be there to solve his mistakes,but Matic can´t support Cesc alone.He needs someone strong next to him. 4-3-3 ----Matic RLC-Cesc Just do it Mou.It can´t be worse than that

No,just play him next to Matic and Fabregas,so Matic would get a physically strong midfielder in oder to protect Cesc.Cesc can concentrate on playing his passes if RLC plays next to Matic

At least,he tries and delivers something good.Hazard didn´t do anything and Iva was even worse.There were still people that were far worse than Pedro today!

Yes,but Mou is not famous for giving youth players their deserved opportunities.That´s why the possibility of Charly Musonda making it here is not that high even though I love him so much. The only hope for him is to go out on loan in a very good lique(not netherlands) and to make a big statement on the pitch because otherwise,he will have no chance here.
