Conte has to take a lot of blame due to the fact taht he is the one that is selecting the players,who do not deliver good performances. Why does he believe that Ivanovic,Cahill,Matic and Willian belong in our starting line up?I can accept that Cahill has to play because we do not have any other option left(Tomori could play though),but there is no excuse for giving Ivanovic,Matic and Willian so many fucking chances. In which world is Matic a box to box player?He is useless in that position. What does he bring for our midfield apart from height?Let Chalobah or RLC(his best position is still no.8) play.. Ivanovic is an horrible defender and that is the third season in a row,where he is showing how bad he is. I do not know why Conte,Hiddink and Mourinho are selecting him.I really do not know. I respect Guardiola for having the balls to bench big characters like Ibrahimovic or Yaya Toure,when they do not deliver. If we had Pep as our coach,Ivanovic would have gone before the transfer window closed because Ivanovic has the worst right back technique of al time. Willian is a good,sometimes very good player,but he is a shit right winger.He is useless there.He is a good option as a no.10,but he can´t play as a winger,so why does Conte not give Moses a chance,who did not play one bad match under Conte?Moses delivers,runs a lot and he actually can dribble with the ball and get past defenders.Willian is not the type to get past defenders when he is playing as a winger. So if Conte fixes those 4 issues,we can reach Top 4 andthen improve the squad in the summer window. My line up would be -----------------------Costa Hazard---Cesc-------Chalobah------Moses ----------------------Kante Alonso---Luiz----Zouma--------Azpi Chalobah has good defensive abilities and he can actually play great passes and he plays the ball much faster with more brain. Obviously,he needs some game time to improve and to get to his best form because he did not play one PL game and lacks match fitness,but he ha far more to offer that Matic. If Conte now starts to give Oscar again chances,we have one more problem to solve....

No,but I read a lot of posts in the german Gladbach Forum,so I know how his current form is. They said that he has world class potential,but he does not deliver it anymore and is far away from his best form from last season. One interesting thing to note is that the complete defence of Gladbach seems shaky,so it is not his complete fault,but they expect more from him Thorgan seems to do better and they think that his best position is the no.10 role.

He is not fast,but he actually runs a lot . He has qualities we need in our starting line up.That is why Mourinho brought him here because he saw that there was zero creativity on our starting eleven. Without him,we have the same problem we had in 2014 and that was that we did not create enough chances.

It is Conte´s fault that he does not select the players that deliver .Oscar,Matic,Cahill and Iva do not deliver good,constant performances,but that is Conte´s job.Maybe they have a good attutude,but if they are shit,there are shit.Best attitude will not make them world class players...

I will never understand what Chelsea coaches see in Oscar.Oscar is the reason why KDB,Mata and Cesc were benched and let´s be honest,alls of the three player named players are million times more useful than Oscar is,but still Oscar is playing and playing one match after on another. Being a Chelsea manager means high pressure,so even though we have the best youth in the world,our managers let players like Matic and Oscar play due to the fact that they have experience.Our managers will not risk giving a youth player a chance. Christensen was ready two years ago,Mou did not want to take that risk to give him an unexperienced youth team player a fair chance . Musonda was definitely good enough for a squad player role,neither did Mourinho nor Hiddink think so because they did not want to risk it. We have so much quality in our youth,but it is kinda sad that we get coaches that do not want to take risks. Even Guardiola said that our youth is very good. We won the Youth League twice in a row with other players. Boga,Abraham,Musonda and Christensen are doing very well at their clubs,so the quality is there,but the manager that gives fair chances to players is not there. Kimpembe,a PSG youth player, said recently that he likes Emery because he treats and sees every player the same,which means that a players name and reputation does not affect Emery for his starting line up. That is something that Laurent Blanc lacked in the opinion of Kimpembe,so you can see that there is no real equality for youth players when you have a manager that wants just short term success.

Today,Jeremie Boga scored one goal,but his team Granada lost against Las Palmas 5:1.His goal was quite good,it reminded me of a lot of Hazard goals when Hazard usually comes from his left side and just scored with his right foot.Jeremie is so like him and his technique is very impressive.He is a Hazard 2.0,but I have to say that the person that loaned him out to Granada should lose his job.Granada is unbelievable bad.I do not know how to describe that in words how bad Granada is. To imagine how bad they are ,you can imagine a back four with 4 Ivanovics doing one mistake after one another,5 Matics that cannot play any normal passes and their first touch were weird too and one Boga,who did not belong in such a bad team that cannot play normal possesion football. Jeremie Boga was most likely the most fouled player on the pitch,fould probably around 5 times or more and this also reminds me of Hazard because you can´t stop him in other ways.When Jeremie had the ball,he always knew what to do with the ball,when to go to the dribbling,or when to pass the ball to his teammates,but to be honest,I like him more selfish due to the fact that his teammates can´t play simple passes.They destroyed so many counters,it is unbelievable.Boga did have some good movement without the ball running behind defenders or getting into spots were no other opponent was,but he did not receive the ball. All in all,I am very pleased with Boga,although I do not think that his season he will not make that many scorerpoints with Granada.They are not a team that is able to play with the ball.All they did was playing long balls nowhere.If Boga was lucky,he received a ball to his feet.
