Going strength to strength again! Recently celebrated his big 18th and scored today against Burnley
-
It would only make sense for Real to get Falcao if they got rid of Benzema or Higuain or in fact both!
-
Sterling will sign a new contract with them soon. No way he will join us no matter what reports says. He would not be a regular here. But yes like Madmax said I would definitely like to see Walcott here and there is a realistic chance of that happening
-
I know he was not popular with a lot of fans but did it ever get this bad: http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11813/8324105/Lille-boss-Rudi-Garcia-has-defended-under-fire-duo-Salomon-Kalou-and-Dimitri-Payet Jeered by his own fans, eek!

On paper should be our cup for sure! But not going to take anything for granted. Lower league teams are always up for it. Not just a one time thing with Arsenal. It has happened with us against Barnsley in the FA Cup and Wycombe held us to a draw a few years ago albeit we battered them second leg. I am not going to underestimate Bradford but if we beat Leeds I pray we are drawn against them in the semis

Look at their graduates who have come through and are regular starters. Valdes, Iniesta, Xavi, Pique, Alba, Puyol. Out of those, who has left or (is likely to leave) since becoming an integral part of thier play. Alba and Fabregas left Barca at early ages so they could get regular football at their age while Pique left due to limited opportunities but now is a regular and will finish his career there but Busquets is in the same category as Xavi and Iniesta and the rest mentioned. He has established himself as an important player them and there is no way he is going to leave. Barcelona and Busquets are probably just laughing to theselves when they see rumours linking him to City and Chelsea.
-
Busquets is a quality player yes but do you know what... we are not going to get him. He is an important part of Barcelona's play and is a graduate from La Masia who could possibly be in their starting line up for another decade. There is no way he is going to leave, no matter what the rumours says, just not going to happen. Why would he leave Barcelona for? They are the best club i the world, win things regularly and he plays with the best players in the world. Fact!
-
He was awful at City. I guess he has improved a lot at Fiorentina then?
-
Titus Bramble has scored a few as well. Does that mean he is quality?
-
No move for him in January now. Been ruled out for 3 months. Sad thinking how good he has been
-
He was a real handful against Milan in both games despite not scoring. IIRC he use to also play at Standard. I remember when they played Liverpool in that intense Champions League qualifier. Liverpool could not deal with him at times. Arsenal and Spurs have both been linked with him. Random but he looks so scary, I would be terrified to mark him , looks like one of them COD zombies . That is not to be offensive btw, I say that in a good way
-
Nope. Was he was Lukaku's replacement there.
-
Lukaku left when he joined them and tbh Mbokani has outscored him. I am aware that Lukaku was very young there though
-
Although he is playing in a league not considered amongst the elite he is scoring for fun and is the complete packagae. Goals, pace, strength, aerial ability and movement. Currently on 18 goals thus far and scored a hat-trick on the weekend. Just turned 27, he is an absolute handful and I would not mind seeing him here. Reminds me exactly of Drogba. There are quite a few Belgians here and those who watch Belgian football probably will know more about his game than I do

http://www.goal.com/en/news/462/netherlands/2012/12/06/3581876/kakuta-making-remarkable-comeback-on-loan-at-vitesse-says Well played Kakuta! Credit to Kalas, PVA and the manager for blooding them in well. They lost today, but despite that are doing excellently in the league. Can only think our players loaned to them are performing excellently.
-
Would rather see him rested for the CWC so he is fully fresh for the Villa game. Doubt it will happen though. I hope if he plays on Thursday he is rested till our next PL game which will be a good 10 days rest
-
Happy with the win but we still have areas to improve. Well played to Torres for his performance, also Hazard for shwoing Cazorla how to play without cheating and his ball for Torres was world class. Same goes to Mata as well (... well he never disappoints). Concerned that they had 2 more shots on target than us. That should not be happening when you compare our quality to their team and the players they had out as well. Also they had 11 corners compared to our 1, which does worry me a little more. Had that been a Stoke or a better team in the air we would of get punished. Anyway the win was the most important thing, focus turns to CWC. Can't help but focus on the Premier League though. That is the most important thing for me, hopefully that Villa game brings us 3 points, which on paper we should have no problems. KTBFFH!
-
That is a bonus. Winning is the first thing and hopefully we get a few today. WBA demolished them and so should we
-
No Fletcher!!!! Big news.. Wickham starts up front.
-
He will be more sad when he finds out that Fletcher is a doubt
-
No way will Rafa play Oscar in the double pivot role IMO. Quite sure it will be Mikel (if he appeals) and Ramires or Ramires and Romeu or possibly Mikel and Romeu.
-
I wonder if Oscar will be on the bench for a third consecutive game.... tbh i would like to see Hazard, Mata and Moses again.
-
What kids though? Piazon possibly.. who else? Chalobah, Bamford, Kane and other promising youngsters all out on loan
