The thing i hate is why we buy players who cant play different styles. I know its hard, but if we play this way in big games, Cesc, Oscar or Mata in past are completel useless. Meaning our key midfielders are pointless in CL. And at that rate we will never win CL unless we have another 2012 season and we will never dominate the big games either. Midfield or Koke-Matic-Pogba would suit any style and would be more useful for us IMO. But we have Cesc and Oscar and that will have to work for now.

I just wonder if the criteria to become a ref is that you need to be at least 70% blind. Because it looks like it. FA should hire Collina to teach these idiotic refs some basic refereeing.

I think his holdup play under extensive pressure is absolute shit. And thats a problem for someone who is key playmaker and eventualy a big problem for team.

Duh. I was pointing at CL not so much at pL. In another post i said cesc is useful for pL but not CL. In pl you have small teams that cesc is perfect against. And what does statistics say about hid performnces in big games anyway? He is also the top runner but everyone who watches his games will see he gets overrun by opponent and doestn even sprint after him. And to throw stats from 5 yrs ago isnt useful in first place. He can boost stats all he wants but some prefer a CM that would deliver performnces on consistent basis including against top teams like Modric or Pirlo etc. Cesc will never boss midfield against better team and thats a fact. He isnt big game player. Your overprotection to certain players is funny. They are cute and nice personalities etc, but try to explain that cesc is big game consistent player to someone else not to me. I watched him long long time and you cant change my opinion. Cesc will if he actualy puts a good performance against psg for example but we all know its hard to happen. Btw im not saying he is shit or not useful. Just not a big game player and someone who would deliver top performances over whole season.

Im sooo happy he got away without any injury after that horrible challenge. He was close to end career there. His reaction was wrong though. He shouldnt do what he did, but it was normal. I would be pissed off too. Pointless to ask probably but is there ANY chance the red gets overrun because that was terrinle challenge and Matic is known to be calm person usualy?

Tbh since around 40th minute, the match smelled of a draw. Not enough determination in attack, shit ref and we like to blow lead alot this season. You could predict a draw in it. What worries me is that Mou is complaining about everything possible, while he should do everything to not let these mistakes to happen again. Thats only way for us to win, cuz he wont win battle with FA. Yet new match, old story.

We should seal the win way before Matic was sent off. We were winning many times including tottenham, liverpool, city, bradford but managed not to win. Today's bad referreeing is while disgrace but also a good excuse for our attack that was bad. Tell me honestly were Costa, Cesc, Oscar good against burnley? One or two off games yes, but we were poor in attack against spurs, liverpool twice, city, psg, bradford, aston villa, everton and newcastle. We won quite a few of those like Everton, liverpool second leg, newcastle, aston villa, but many would argue we deserved to lose more than once in those games. We play poor for a while now, dont blame just refs for that. They are factor, but far from only one.

1 goal and another nice chance in 70 minutes against burnley. Yes we were all over them But if you mean that we had the ball alot and didnt know what to do with it, then yes you are right. We havent been ''all over'' any team this year since Swansea.

Considering how shit we play in 2015, I wont be surprised at all. The more I watch this team, the more Im certain this isnt champions team. Just not enough match winners thats all. All these little flicks and tricks, but I miss the players who would simply do things not just attempt if you know what i mean. All these complains about refs, well sure referreeing aint in our favour, but we are team that doesnt shouldnt need to rely on that. OUR players are simply bad for past two months and if we dont wake up we will definately end up season very very tight with city or even lose it. Just take a look at our attack, no bite at all.

For record Cesc has two things about him. 1.) he is shit in big games 2.) he drops form big time in second, read crucial part of season. Back in summer when we signed him that was all I was thinking about the signing. While he is fantastic footballer, these two reasons dont make him a winner and we need those in our team. When people started to jump on bandwagon how fantastic signing he was, I remained calm. Performing superbly against average decent sides is one thing but performing consistently through season against any team is another. Cesc had no good game against big team (good game for his standards) except for PSG. The excuse that he was ill or injured is irrelevant trust me. He is the kind of character whole career and I doubt he will change. But I hope he will. Hope for the good of Chelsea. Cesc has the absolutely most crucial role in the team. He is the motor, the creator, the beggining of everything we do. If you have someone like him who drops form down in second half and against big teams, then you are fucked. Cesc is big fish against small sides, but that wont win you trophies. Period. The form of Cesc since january and form of Chelsea since january is extremely connected as you can see. Our attack, the flow from midfield has dropped big time and we were shit in attack for most parts of games in 2015. I am not saying we are shit solely because of Cesc, but thing is Cesc is our key part and if he is shit, whole team follow that patch. And you wouldnt want inconsistent key part of your team would you? The sooner people realise that, the better. That said, rest of our attackers and Mou dont help the situation either.

Ill leave my two cents here. First it was a disgraceful show from a ref who did intentionaly or unintentionaly judge everything against us. BUT then again, we should beat burnley at stamford bridge without relying on refs and penalties. End of. We will most probably end season with title, if we dont fuck something up massively, but this team is far from having 'champions spirit'' or whatever you call it. We dont play enough determined to win, we allow opponents to get back in game far too many times, we have no consistent match winners or match deciders. Games against spurs in CC final, against PSG and remaining of season in PL will show what we are made of. I think there is chance for us to fuck up on all competitions if we continue with such shit performances. Since january with exlusion of swansea game, we were crap. Deserved to lose in about 4 of 6 recent games. And arguing about refs is pointless. We played burnley at home ffs and our attack was absolute shit. Thats why we lost, not because of refs.

Im not that worried about him gone, Im more worried about Cesc who is doing fuck all since january and is becoming the guy you can never count on.

Whenever I expect we will trash opponents we usualy struggle, but I realy hope for a great performance with lots of goals like 4:0 or sth. We need that and we played poorly for a while now, despite getting decent results.

Ibe completed 11 take ons vs besiktas...and he was apparently best pool player in their last three games (only watched him vs besiktas and tottenham and he was good in both) . Looks promising indeed. Anyone knows how long contract he has? We should definately look at him if he decides to leave pool anytime soon as he will be cheaper than Sterling and others....

If Hazard had same protection like Cr or Messi, there would be average 10 fouls on him per game at least. The guy is one of most fair dribblers out there; he always tries to stay on his feet, but opponents tackle him strong and if he goes down, but doesnt roll around as if he just lost his leg like Neymar, Cr,...do. Only thing he needs to improve is to go more at goal, he makes alot of dribbles that lead to little chance, he should use his dribbling to get in great positions. However his team mates dont help him much either.

The only thing i dislike about him is his jumping. For someone this size he is absolute shit in air. Never NEVER wins aerial duel with another player even if that other guy is 170cm tall...

World class attacker. In the dark Torres days, we would be more prolific with this guy upfront.

1.) We couldnt keep the lead again 2.) Fabregas missing in another big game 3.) Our defenders attack better than our attackers. I wonder if Mou installs a switch on every player and when he turns it on every player loses any ability to attack. Our attackers couldnt make one good action, cant handle pressure except for Hazard. Its pathetic that we get overrun by every big team. We only turn up when we chase the lead.
