  1. He was good in CL winning run too. Was voted in uefa team of the year last season too (however Im not so sure if deserved).
  2. Though it has to be said, its very hard to play once you feel severe pain in your foot. Not impossible but very uncomfortable and painful. I played football since I was little and damaged finger on my left foot (im leftie too). It wasnt broken, more like disjointed after I took heavy hit, but I felt serious pain every time i touched the ball after that. I only recovered in about week, but every match same story...I didnt play for about month then and once I returned, first game was ok, but pain came back after few games. So I had to stop playing football on "pro" level...now I play for hobby once in a while, its ok but could return any time. I had back injury and broken arm, but nothing was as painful as leg. It just makes you dislike playing football because it starts hurting as fuck every time you kick the ball. If you have pain in foot and still play, like Iva, its something to give an applause.
  3. He is a beast and scores some realy crucial goals, was also world class defender, but this year he made some stupid mistakes again and again. Leaving position, defending crosses, wrong pass in dangerous areas... I love his spirit and will, but Mou should be careful with overpraising Iva. Iva NEEDS to improve his defending, but with all these praises from Mou and knowing he has guaranteed place, I doubt much if anything will be improved.
  4. If adidas is willing to pay at least half then yes, if they arent, I wouldnt want us to pay 200m on single player ever. Was Ronaldo or Bale realy realy worth 200m combined? Ronaldo had mare in CL final, he won only one la liga in 4 seasons. Not worth imo. Bayern on other side, a much much more balanced team (under heynckes). I wouldnt want world best player, we should push Hazard to do what Sneijder/Ribery/Robben did for their clubs. Best in world doesnt mean best and most useful/valuable for club. What those three did for their teams when they won domestic and international trophies was more than Ronaldo did for his. Messi is level above and brought barca to several titles, but still big question how can he do in england and for how long, the price of 200m would be only be reasonable if we win two CLs in 3 years and PL title every year but there is no guarantee that Messi can give us that. Cl win depends on many factors like hard work and luck, while PL could be obtainable even without messi for next few years. Not to mention Messi would force either Costa or Hazard out of squad, and I dont want that. Good player, but should stay in barca. We can make a more balanced, equal team with OUR OWN stars.
  5. Ill give you a like because thats very good news...stoke at home could actualy give city a run.
  6. We have realistic chances to extend against everton to 10points while city is away to stoke. However, Yaya and Bony are back for city.
  7. I think we will win. However it could be another difficult and unspectacular performance but more tactical one. With 7 goal difference and Mou pragmatism, I wouldnt be surprised if we play very safe till end of season. But for psg clash, it would be nice to load everton first and gain some attacking insipration. Next game, finaly our squad will be complete with costa returning too.
  8. Modric was and is key this season too. Ask any real fan. After his injury they lost plenty of games and performed worse. They scored 70 goals, 16 more than us with two less games. Their attack was realy brilliant during that 20win streak or sth, then around Modric got injured and they lost very soon. But its irellevant, different leagues, refs, schedule... We are doing fine, all that matters and have genuine chance if we get real later in cl. But Hazard might very well be tempted to go there, I hope he doesnt follow the money and fame, but sticks with us for long time.
  9. I would say Modric who is out for a while now. He is their new Makelele, the one who is invisible but does alot of key work.
  10. I hope Hazard keeps cool head and doesnt join Rm, but it will be hard to keep him for whole career. Real isnt as good as people point out, but still quite ahead of us in sheer attacking sense than us. Its the injuries and bit unbalanced squad that stops them from winning even more. Besides Hazard plays next to Willian and Oscar who are good players but not even close to his level. Maybe better players around could make Hazard better. Though it has to be said, he has some problems in belgium nt, dont know if its their coach instructions or kdb simply takes more control than Hazard.
  11. I agree there needs to be balance, but I guess most AMs would prefer more free role and more attacking tactics in Hazard case. Dunno maybe he realy enjoys working under Mou and will stay here, we will win couple PL and CLs on the way and he will be happy. But after few years of the way we play specificaly against big sides might give him second thoughts. Sure defending has puropse too, but maybe he will want to attack more and play with more advanced attackers. Considering he is good friend of Oscar and if we ever sell him, its just one more reason for Hazard to leave too. Most times its Hazard who improves our attack, not our players who push Hazard to next level. Until we will be at least as dominant in games like Bayern under Heynckes, Hazard wont realy fullfill his potential here IMO. Sometimes I have idea he is several steps ahead anyone else in team. Azpi who doesnt overlap much, makes few runs in space and has little one twos with Hazard, Oscar who is hot and cold etc. Hazard realy gets little support while playing alot with Marcelo and James at Rm could see him move on next level. And no doubt, even if Real loses sometimes, they will still win trophies too. If Hazard wont sign contract till august, I guess he will be sold.
  12. Neither Pogba or Imbula are Mikel replacement. They are more Ramires replacement because they arent holding mids but b2b. Mikel replacement would be someone like Wanyama, Kondogbia etc.
  13. I fear that eventualy even titles wont be enough to keep him here. The way we play in some games, I think he would fullfill potential in barca or real much sooner with their attacking tactics. And Hazard might start looking at that sooner or later. I just hope he genuinely likes Chelsea and isnt preparing to move eventualy. He is one of most exciting players to watch and it would be giant loss for us if we sell him even for big money. But the thought how he could perform along Bale or Neymar with much less defensive work might start getting into his head. He needs to sign contract as soon as possible.
  14. Well I would laugh my ass off if Bvb somehow manages to win CL and gets relegated to buli 2. Ball is round, football is unpredictable.
  15. I made the same bet too, but also Spurs to win, atletico to win and marseille to win, however it was 1:1 with rennes fucking cunts...
  16. All i know is that as soon Oscar puts good few good performances, he will be again undropabble by same people who want him out now. Just take a look at Willian thread.
  17. Maybe not as good, but better than here. Thats my point. And as I cant even assert that as fact (it was just opinion realy), you said in next sentence that Kdb would do better than Oscar here with same game time which is impossible to predict either. Im sure he would have greater stats and influence, but could end up kinda like Mata. Team could hurt because of that too. My whole point of post was to give him some more time, we dont always need to buy buy buy.
  18. Ronaldo showing his brilliant skills again... No team no Ronaldo. He scores some crucial goals, but he become so overrated its unbelievable. Cant do almost nothing on his own. Thats was even clearer in big games or WC.
  19. Yet for some reason Oscar is here and Kdb is not. I guess you know more than Mourinho. Kdb is playing well for Wolfsburg. Can he do it on cold rainy night vs stoke is another thing. And what has your "kdb didnt get proper chance here" to do with my Kdb oscar comparisson? I only said Oscar will perform much better for wolfsburg (or whoever else) if we sell him. Schurrle too. And people will start crying to get him back. Grass always greener on neighbours side i guess. Playing well for wolfs doesnt mean he will instantly perform well here.
  20. Pogba would be perfect for us, I would mention him but lets be objective here. Pogba would cost 80m and even if we can afford, Mou might look for cheaper options despite Pogba fits us like hand in glove. Secondly there will be Real in for Pogba and we dont stand chance with them unless Pogba DEMANDS to join us. Besides once we land Messi in summer I doubt there will be money for Pogba anyway
  21. Yeah Isco would be hard to get, but far from impossible. If they bring Reus/Pogba then Isco is off IMO. Maybe real wont want to sell him but Isco isnt stupid to sit on bench whole career. 30m and he could be sold, Real doesnt care much for bench players IMO. Shiny new toys are everything that Perez wants.
  22. Yeah and we will sell him and he will start ripping it in new club like Kdb. And then the crying why we sold him... He doesnt influence the game that much as usual #10 and his link up ws better in past months, but we are first team in PL with 7 points advantage. Oscar played big role in that. We once had Mata and it didnt work. We dont play fancy attacking football to need very creative #10. We play defensive football most of time and Oscar does his job. He was bad last 4 games, but was chelsea good in any of liverpool games, city game or vs villa? No we played defensive, our attack was shit as fuck and not fluid at all. Its Mou tactics and Oscar fits there good. Once we switch to joga bonito we might consider creative #10. But that wont ever happen. Maybe Koke in two years if Oscar doesnt improve but lets see first how Chelsea handles it with trophies in that time. Oscar has actualy whole career ahead, he will be very good at peak under Mou once he fully settles in and matures, becomes more consistent. It takes experience to get certain leadership and I think Oscar can get there. Only thing he needs is to gain some muscle and thats it. On the other hand, Azpi doesnt contribute much in attack but no one complains. Not that Im blasting Azpi but just saying.
  23. He doesnt suit Mou system realy. And its one thing to tear it up for wolfsburg and completely other to do it here among better players, more pressure and lot more defensive work. That said, he is good player, but if we will buy another #10, it should be either Koke or Isco. Althrough Koke isnt perfect #10, he is best mix of Oscar and Kdb. Hardworker with great eye for a pass.
