Been saying that for a while but everyone was wanking on him because he was great in small games. He can help us win the PL but not CL. His passing and vision is amazing, but his hold up and play under pressure is bad. Take space and time away from him and he will perform like shit. And it has nothing to do with illness or injury.

I think we will go cautious as always, and should not let any surprise from PSG because Mou will not allow that to happen again. I believe PSG will be fired for this game though, after we kicked them out last year. We have better team, theirs looks less good than last year, but it will go down to mental approach of players and right tactics.

The real Salah Messi is starting to show up

He liked the club alot, but he probably knew he will never be Mou choice at CB and decided to leave.

Chelsea FC 8 year old wonderkid Denim Nnamudi
BlueLyon replied to Chelsea 96's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
8 years old...what the hell? Let him grow up normaly and stop this wonderkid bs... -
Is Maksimovic good? Heard about him but never watched torino... And please no subotic. The guy was mister dependable, the better part of pair with Hummels. He was reason why Hummels who was always kinda Luiz 2.0 never got stick and subotic rescued Bvb and Hummels many times. But he become realy bad. Now bvb still has Luiz in Hummels while another luiz in subotic. Their defense is shit, their gk is bad too. I wouldnt take anyone from their team atm, not to pair with Zouma atleast. While Hummels is good cb, he needs someone reliable to drag him out of shit many times. Zouma on other hand needs a leader, someone who is reliable. Godin would be my pick, but he isnt exactly brilliant with ball. Varane is not an option IMO and Laporte is too young. We need experienced reliable leader to pair with Zouma and Terry is fine for now, but eventualy it will be very hard to find proper replacement. Though it has to be said, Mou knows how to pick defenders quite well.

I think until he wins CL with us, his career here wont be complete. And Im sure if he will be here long enough, we will win another one with him.

Which Players Do You Regret Chelsea Selling?
BlueLyon replied to the wes's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
From emotional level there are quite a few, from Ballack, Luiz, Lampard, Carvalho, etc. From pure footballing level its only Robben. He is one of best players last 5 years and we dont have true RW. It has to be biggest loss because he would fit us like a glove. He isnt as injury prone anymore, he has speed, long range threat and hard worker. While we had many other benefits from sales of Luiz,Mata etc (money), Lamps, Ballack, carvalho (age), Robben become too good for just 30m we got. I can only imagine how much more could we win if we had him here. Im sure he is only player we seriously regret selling. It makes it even worse because we still dont have proper RW (Cuadrado hopefuly). -
Would rather Thiago Motta if there is a chance. He worked with Mou before and looks solid no nonsense CM.
 -
Alonso is another who i highly respect for his time under Mou. He was always reasonable, admited there were issues and remained classy. Ramos, Pepe, Casillas and Ronaldo were big egoistic cunts althtough I think Ramos-Mou picture was blown up by media, I think they dont hate that much each other.
 -
Robben now saying Mou is great coach and that he is happy he had chance to learn under Mou at young age.

I hope they stay in buli, I just saw that song over the web and it was funny.

Just checked this comparison between Zouma and Varane http://www.squawka.com/comparison-matrix#premier_league/2014/2015/kurt_zouma/126/126/1419/0/p|la_liga/2014/2015/raphael_varane/136/136/1851/0/p#defence_score/successful_passes/tackles_won/tackles_lost/aerial_duels_won/aerial_duels_won_%/fouls_committed/interceptions/blocks/clearances/defensive_errors#90 How can Zouma have better overall defence score if Varane beats him by almost everything (tackles, jumps, blocks, clearances etc). How squawka ratings even work?

	too soon

Truly he can become our legend if he stays at least until 2020. What a player. Once our team plays sometime together and Oscar, hazard, azpi, matic, courtois, zouma reach prime, we will be even better. I have serious interest how good will we look if we keep Mou and Hazard, oscar etc when they will be around age 27/28. Hope we dont change team much now on, just long term Terry and Iva replacements when time comes and if Cuadrado doesnt work. Otherway we are pretty much set. Oh and if there is chance to get Pogba.
 -
Wow willian is realy surprising me this month. Ever since Cuadrado rumours showed up he has upped his level quite a bit. Its great to have Cuadrado/Oscar/Willian on the bench or for rotation instead of Schurrle/Salah. Quite a big difference.
 -
If Iva scores another winner, Jose will say he is the best player in the world.
 -
Dont care about city realy. I just want us to do our job and not depend on anyone.
 -
If we will be losing, this thread will have 10 new pages every minute. If we will be winning, it will have a new post every 10 minutes. Cheers
 -
I hope for a good performance this time. Last three were pretty average and we got quite lucky. Cant see us playing bad again and winning. A good performance is needed. Also everton kept clean sheet in last 3 PL games, think its time to score. Who will play, Zouma or Cahill?
 -
I realy wonder where will Kane be by end of next season. Too many false english talents in prem that would make me jump on Kane bandwagon before he completes two very good seasons first.
 -
Azpi is best 1 on 1 defender in legue. No way is Iva better than him. Offensively yes, but not defensively. Iva makes some decisive stuff here and there, but should not be forgotten that he is also at fault for few goals and made some serious mistakes in dangerous areas.
 -
Massive respect to Marco. Even if he leaves, at least bvb will get plenty of cash for him. Lewa on the other hand...
 -
Coutinho is nice little flair player. And thats it. First i would seriously consider if its good for team to replace hard working Oscar with more creative player. Secondly, if the answer was yes, I wouldnt replace him with Coutinho in million years. Had one good month this year and two top performances against us and is suddenly so highly rated. Salah had dribbling magic against us too, we know how it ended.
 -
Sure signing Messi would give us economical boost and more worldwide support, but I dont think having reputation like Rm (history, fans, popularity, money, fame) is equal to get success. Liverpool is one team who handled money and coach wrong. And look where they are. Same with united. Now they spent crazy as hell but it doesnt bring you to success. To have balanced team with good coach can win you more trophies than having world class player and fame. For example, Real won only one CL trophy since 2001? They spend billions on the players and their success was extremely poor for the investment given. On other hand, Bayern who was quite a wreck around 2008, brough proper coaches, worked on balanced hardworking team and they enjoyed great success and following their good style of football, trophies won; their "power" and "fame" spread around world quickly. And sure as hell I dont want Chelsea to become international celebrity brand like Real. Prefer to keep it simple as we always were. Sigings of Torres, Sheva and considering we had not a single player who was realy considered as superstar, but still managed to win all these trophies in last years point out that we should think twice before signing messi. It would be great commercial success, but not sure about football success.
