Guys please...the fact that we paid 26m for him is fact. He aint overpriced. Its simply the fee we paid. If he performs great, 26m will be a STEAL. If he performs shit, even 10m would be too much for him. Lets just wait till he gets a run and see for who we paid 26m. Is best form Cuadrado worth 26m? Yes he is and therefore his potential here is high and price isnt overpaid. The only question is if he can give enough to us for that fee. Ozil was 44 and he is shit. But Arsenal thought they got top player. Sanchez was 39 and he is amazing. Dont judge players and their fees just because of name and reputation. We got Drogba for 26m and look how it turned out. Plus there is no reason Reus would succeed here just because his name is Reus and is ripping it in buli. There is no guarantee he would cut it here and if he played shit even those 25m would be too much. See how Cuadrado performs first and then judge. He certainly has higher ceiling than Willian, its up to him to justify the fee. Then we will talk overpriced or bargain.

He is 40, its normal he went to italy
-
Even if he celebrates, whats the difference? He already lied to us, betrayed us. But he wont celebrate because he wants that fake nice public picuture of inocent man. 36 and joins direct rival for title. Wheater its money, wanting title or just revenge the reason he went there, he has no respect towards club and fans. Proper legend would retire and get in board. But not frank...

Im sure with regular playtime on LW he will score shitload of goals for Wolfsburg. But regardless of that, he wouldnt make it here. Mou played him everysingle game this season on right but he is best on LW. I wonder why play Schurrle on right, when he could replace Hazard many times on LW when we were comfortably leading, but he always replaced either Willian or Oscar and played on right side. That said, he had some great games on RW last season, something he failed to replicate this season, dunno why. Injury, other problems, I dont know. In difficult games, Im sure he could give bigger effect than Oscar, Willian and thats what we could miss. Hopefuly Cuadrado performs good here. Good luck Andre.

I like how respected Mou and Chelsea are by actual (retired) footballers out there who know how football is played, how our club run, and who Mou personaly is. Every fucking media and some wannabe presidents of certain clubs or institutions just see us and Mou as devils in football, but most people who know us personaly will probably talk respective of us. Hell, even Skrtel and Costa shaked hands after game, its part of football intensity these fights and they understand it, unlike FA or refs who know shit. I fully expect once Ronaldo, Ramos, Skrtel etc retires, there will be no bad words toward Mou, Chelsea, Costa etc but respectable praises one to another, much like we saw between Didi and Henry last week. Media blows shit out of proportion whatever suits them and people are stupid enough to believe it. Football associations then under pressure of mass people around their countries fall under pressure and favour the people's favourite, while they need black sheep to punish. But Fa goes even step further, they clearly give no shit about us whatsoever. Something similar is going on with Atletico and Spanish Fa and their biased referees. Or the Uefa/Fifa not awarding atletico players/coach for their hard work. I believe thats becuse of the way they play, and of their historical inferiority to big clubs, like Real or Barca. Chelsea as much we are big now, but older generations who run FA are probably wankers over national big teams like United, Liverpool (I dont know why love for city though) and they hate us because we are apparently fake club run by russian oil money, playing ''ugly'' tactics and are being coached by arrogan prick and that doesnt go with their view of national big club. But all that is irrelative, everyone should be judged same, regardless of history, football style, owner etc... Atletico fucked La liga FA in face when they won title, I hope we do same with FA when we win title in may (hopefuly). Its realy nice to hear support from these objective football players like Neville or Henry, because their word will at least give certain people who are against us, a moment to think again. FA, however will still punish us and continue their ''campaing'' regardless.

Very useful player on his day with his goals, but honestly he is LW and as long Hazard plays here, he wont have much chance to fullfil his potential, therefore 30m aint bad amount.
-
Wont lie, I would take him here any day. Even if he is a mercenary, already 32 or something, he adds incredible leadership to City midfield.
-
They started brightly, but faded as we scored...its how arsenal play. They might have one of better games recently (after that loss 6:0 even more clearly), but the way they played was good all the way till first goal. Then we took our charge and Cesc bossed. But like I said, Arsenal I dont count as big game realy, they never know the way to play against us and always make it easy. As for Cesc, he played well that game, but not against City, United, Liverpool (3 times now). Being decent in those games is not my point. He doesnt stand out in big games as he does in small games.
-
Doubt we had enough money to get Sanchez too, unless we sold Schurrle if that offer of 30m was true. But back then Schurrle was on great WC and we had no idea he will be this average. On other hand its only matter of time before Sanchez moves from Arsenal again, but obviously not to us, he will be too expensive and I doubt Arsenal would even consider him selling here...
-
I guess Schurrle was already off last weekend when he wasnt even on bench. Our board was just trying to hide it untill we complete Cuadrado deal hoping we might get him for lower price. Not sure what happens if Salah leaves too. Costa/Sissoko/loan return/youth promotion or we gonna stick with one less player?
-
We can still sell him and replace him in summer if things dont work well
-
Im sure everyone would love that, but lets be honest, we are terrible with transforming youth players into seniors. But it will come day when Terry retires and Cahill wont be starter. That day i fear we wont have single english player in starting eleven (and god knows who on bench), which is a disgrace. I agree sterling, barkley, ox, stones, prowse etc are tad overrated and overpriced, but we will have to take risk and sign one or two, or seriously count on Boga, baker, rlc to make it here.
-
Arsenal didnt put any kind of fight against us, it was easy game, they let us do the job...
-
The first penalty should not even be penalty because faul was just outside pen area. So its kinda fair. The only difference was that alba would still get yellow in both cases and therefore sent off. But no way would atletico win by two goal this match. While they dominated, their defense was joke at times, easily exposed and silly errors. No Godin no party I guess.

While Cesc gives alot of creativity in our game, in big games he is not even close to his best. And that is what worries me most. I told Barbara this once and probably more members, but while Cesc is great player, consistent (so far), he realy drops level while playing bigger teams. In such games, he doesnt dictate tempo, he doesnt keep the ball as good, while in defensive way, he is overrun by opponent waaay to easy and doesnt even track back. He aint fast, agile, mobile and thats very clear against big teams or even against teams with high pressing physical game. I wonder if he is able to dominate midfield like Modric, Iniesta etc do because it could be major problem if one of our key players cant rise their level and be instrumental in big games. And like I said, in PL it wont be that difficult, there are smallgames where he can perform excelent, while CL is another thing. I wait to see how he plays against Psg over two legs. If he will play like vs Pool, its going to be big dissapointment. Long term solution, either play him as #10, because in pivot we definately need more mobile and pacy player or we will continue to have problems in defensive shape. He is 27, years of experience and I fully expect him to stand out in at least two of three games vs city and psg (home and away). But I dont think he will perform anywhere close to his best games at chelsea. I hope Im wrong though.
-
I think longterm, having either Willian or Oscar will be fine because others will do enough in attack. But with both of them having trouble do anything in several games, we will struggle. Seems like they do fine job in defense and that saves them. Attacking wise, you can throw 100 players who are better than these two, or at least more consistent. But that said, Oscar stats are good, his influence on pitch is other thing though. And should also be counted that Oscar aint pure number 10, he has orders from Mou, most #10s dont have that defensive work.
-
Is he out 100%? No chance of appeal to delay the ban? If thats true Fa are realy fucking arseholes, they just wont let anything in our favour, but if it was aguero instead, they would probably say ''ah we wont even ban you, you are already injured too much, poor guy, just dont try it again, because while kicking luiz in back, it realy was you who could get injured because of your glass legs'' Oh and btw Oliver, who calls himself referee fucks up whole match with his shit referreeing (shit for both sides) and still has guts to call out for this appeal. He probably saw it but left Costa on because he knew he could face longer ban, that ref twat should get in law bussines, what a cunt. His appeal looks like he reported himself for doing shit job...fucker
-
Cesc wont be such miss I think. He never gets well against physical agressive side and some pace/strength in middfield will do good for us, no doubt. If only we had Luiz, he would be perfect for this game in midfield.
-
I absolutely agree he should be punished (I love man but rules are rules) and he did both stamps on purpose. On Can, he could easily avoid his leg, while with Skrtel, he might not be able to miss it, but you can see when he is in air, he presses with his leg towards Skrtel to make more ''impact''. That said, rules should be for EVERYONE. Take a look at this picture You can add Yaya when he slapped Mata too. Mangala and Aguero should be definately punished. Im absolutely shocked that so called ''professional english football association'' aka FA takes these situations differently and reacts in the way we always get punished, but opponents not. I wont go into judging because it could be mistake by ref, they are humans after all, but when officials take a look on these replays after games and see these challenges, players should be punished. Not just Diego Costa because FA hates us. FUCK OFF FA piece of shit organisation. I know the club cant make it, but I hope if we win the title, there will be banner from fans and on it written something like ''FA, better luck next time'' with extended middle finger arm picture.

Unbelievable how many important goals he scored...two against pool, winner against napoli, last year vs city, against benfica, now again vs liverpool This guy is one of best game winners you can have. He is not best in defending anymore, but he is a fucking king when comes to scoring winning goals. Him and Drogba, hard to think of players who decided more important games.
-
It will be big loss for us if he gets 3 game ban. But on other hand chance for Remy and Didi to prove while Costa will be fresh for Psg clash.
-
Premier league getting funny again. Its been ages since our striker would be terrorising defences. Costa fights vs Skrtel, Kompany will become legendary. And he is probably liverpool enemy number one. First that game vs everton and now this surely everybody there hates him haha
-
Cahill would not catch Sterling in first place, and if he would he would commit a penalty. Cahill is in best age, experienced while Zouma is young and is just starting to play bigger games. And i was protecting Cahill alot, but recently he made two mistakes per game and was deservedly dropped. And finaly, you should stop shitting on almost every player we have, so called 'fan'.
-
He was very good in first half, quite active as liverpool was attacking a lot more than i second half. Made two or three brilliant tackles, one being goal saving probably when he took ball away from Sterling who would be one on one with Tibo. Yeah he made mistake few seconds eariler but tracked Sterling and disspossed him well. Boy looks bit raw but he is realy fast, strong and athletic, when he is covering opponent, he is in constant motion, allowing him better reaction. Think if Mou plays him lot more including Cup final, Zouma will gain plenty of experience, confidence and could maybe just mayb be our irreplacable CB in year or two. He is also becoming more and more invloved with situations on pitch, he was shy in beggining of the season, but looking to be more and more loud with each game passing which is definately good for CB.
-
Aguero wasnt punished after kicking Luiz but Im sure Costa will be. We are chelsea and fa hates us.
