Not the way I see it. I feel like he need to freshen up and get a good loan. A very harsh injury like he got can ruin a player career. So if he can somewhere where he won't have pressure like that of Chelsea it should do good for him. Remember Romeu is thought to be long term. Essien is short term. In a season or two Essien can leave and Romeu come in. Will be great!

Cavani, free of injury and in form. Torres when bought, out of an injury and out of form. Not to mention that Torres needs a whole system to play him...... So don't see Cavani flopping like Torres.

So already in a short time of Mourinho coming back he has put pressure to Moyes. That pressure got him and Moyes no bullshit attitude came out and tip his hand. Now we got one unsettled striker wanting to soon join Chelsea. Men Mourinho is really great at these manipulative games.

Well it's funny that you say that because I remember some members here saying they hate it when Barcelona players do it to other players from opposing team as it feels like their tapping that player. But our players are doing the same thing....... So the reality is that when you are in a big club the players from that club want their club to get better. As more better players means a better chance of winning trophies.

True did not thought about that. I thought it was the end of his career cause we have Ake, Chalobah, and the senior players. I still remember one or two games under AVB where he was insanely awesome. If he can get that form back and be consistent then he will be a beast!

Yeah I really liked the way the club is going. When AVB came, I truly believe the club and the owner wanted to make it work. That marked the beginning of the change in mindset that the club wanted to take on for the future. However the AVB project did not work and we tried to get Guardiola this year. But he chose Bayern and we had to go back to Mourinho. Normally AVB, and Pep are better candidate for the youth and attractive playing style. But when both of these targets where not able to work or come, then Mourinho merited a great chance of a comeback. As Mourinho said, this is also a project he wants to take as in the past his project where nothing more then a quick fix. Buy these top players and compete right away. But this time it appear the club and the manager are in the same boat..... I just hope that come November (our usual time where we fall apart) we won't have a knee jerk reaction and start spending like crazy or sacking people......

For some guys it was. Those that swore that Cavani was as good as done, and all this stuff. That type of people today are frustrated and such cause we did not get our men. But in the end after all that suppose being "linked" with this player he end up going somewhere else.... Dude you realize all this you are saying is nothing but politics right? My only point is prior to Roman Chelsea was shit international level. I had no clue who the hell they where more then a decade ago, as I will assume like the majority here. Big money came and transform this club, just like it did with City and PSG. Anything else is politics that I will not get into.
