After the summer window is over I will post my expectation.

Just because Mata was warming the bench a bit does not means nothing. He had two good seasons, it's hard to sustain insane season back to back. David Silva at City had two good season, one bad season and then a better season. Under Benitez Lampard and Terry was bench warmer. It's all depending in the state of the player and who's managing the team. But I keep stating, you could sell anyone in the team as long as you have the proper target lineup.

We could sell Oscar, Hazard, Matic and everybody if we wanted. What makes the "right" thing to do is if either we have the right replacement or use the money to buy someone better.

Cahill might be good on the pitch, but not a natural leader for me. After Terry leaves...which god knows who then it has to be someone that command respect like it was Terry and Lampard. So as to all the players out their in the field I don't think I see anyone with that attitude. David Luiz is a friendly character but not in the mold of Kompany, Terry, Gerrard, Lampard and such. I think this is why despite Cole might be leaving, as well Lampard, Terry is still vital for us. Because we have yet to get that natural leader in our team. And the price on DL being quoted is on Euros, don't confuse Euro vs Pounds. I guess that would put us at 33 million pounds if it's the range of 39 million Euros

Yeah forgot about Zouma. Kalas did good against Liverpool but the dude did not get much chances this season. He was really mad at mourinho before. Not sure if he changed his mind but I wouldn't mind seeing him given a chance in the new season. I would also be interested to see if next season there's a step up to the younger players from the Academy. Cause I remember reading this from mourinho some months ago that starting next season we would bring one player from the Academy.

I like this, and would love to see this report. But I think the club can do two things for the next season. One address the short term problems and throw the money like city did in the season. This would bring a short term fix as more then likely the players will be at their peak or end. Or continue to build for the future. Like acquiring more younger potential targets like Oscar, Salah, Schurrle and the like. Each option brings different responsibility. The first you are expected to win trophies. The second, the club might be more lenient considering the state of the players your bringing in and perhaps implementing youth from the Academy. Let's see what is the plan the club will go with this summer.

I don't see where the whole Dzeko to Chelsea is coming. Just cause mourinho praise him doesn't mean anything. For me a team like city would not do business with a team like Chelsea and vice versa. Sturridge being the exception but that was because he was a raw talent back then.

No not only ever criticizing him, is analyzing thing and debating which is healthy in its way. The problem here is that there's two side of the coins. At one aspect you have people like @The only place to be, that take one side of the extreme coin. Everyone who doesn't' agree with him is not a "Chelsea supporter" Then there's the other side of the coin that everything Mourinho does from day one is seen as negative light. I don't agree with both extremes, I'm somewhere in the middle. What I don't like is the constant I am holy then thou are attitude. This is such a childish attitude. Have a conversation, or debate like normal adults, just don't behave like kids!
