A regression from what was this season, and you have to think that Mourinho is not the same man of a decade ago. We shall see how the new season pans out.

Totally agree. Although if we get rid of David Luiz, Mikel, Lamp doesn't really come into the equation since he's on his last we will be left with Ramires and Matic. Don't want to count Van Ginkel yet, because it's like Kalas. Might have some promises, but Mourinho might not trust him. So that's a wild card to put your eggs in. Paulinho would be a decent addition but we would still need another CM. Unless we promote from within.

Lamps should not even be in this equation anymore. Ramires why does Mourinho like him so much? He offers nothing to our attack. At least DL offers more. So it will be dumb to get rid of David Luiz, if players like Mikel and Ramires are still here. I said it before, it's only good business if we use the money to buy someone better. Or if we promote from within, but I'm not holding my breath for that. Many managers have come and go promising to promote youth.

One thing your wrong is that the transition period started after the double from Carlo. The following season we started to get rid of players and trying to implement youth. That didn't work so we just bought youth with potential. So we really been in transition for a couple of years now. What has not helped is the changing of managers.

I think every manager that mocks or puts pressure on refs should be fine. I'm tired with this monkey business of putting pressure on the refs. But the FA should not have a double standards. If they fine Mourinho for saying something negative against the ref, they should do it for other managers as well.

We did gave away Sturridge to Liverpool for a cut price after they screwed us over with Torres. So our club ain't the best in that department. Let's hope Mourinho puts a foot down, and don't let us take like mugs.
