  1. JT signing his first contract with Chelsea. Age 14. (Source: Squawka)
  2. All of this. His long balls into the box were brilliant. I was watching the game with Superfrankie and we were joking how someone would find a way to blame Mikel and here we are now. Personally, I don't think we missed Matic at all today.
  3. There's never enough hate in the world.
  4. He can rot in hell as far as I'm concerned. I don't want him anywhere near the club he supposedly loved and betrayed.
  5. Most players that come through Bayern's academy look like that.
  6. Injuries are a reason for not meeting expectations, to some degree though. Aside from Dortmund constantly being injured one simply can't ignore what a poor job Watzke etc have done in the transfer windows. Losing Kagawa for 16m hurt, losing Sahin for 10m hurt as well but putting that buy-out clause in Götze's contract and losing Lewandowski for nothing was just absolutely idiotic and one can't feel any sympathy for them digging their own graves. Dortmund used all of those 37m they got for Götze to buy that flop Mkhitaryan who has cost them more games than he was won for them and Aubameyang who's basically just a younger striker version of Ramires. And instead of selling Lewandowski (with one year left on his contract) for the reported fee of 30m the next summer Watzke decides to hang onto Lewandowski just to see him go for nada the following summer window to their biggest rivals. It's not rocket science. Dortmund are one of the worst teams when it comes to doing business in the transfer market and we're yet to see improvements. That buy-out clause in Reus' contract will be just another example of internet kids trying to deal with Warren Buffet.
  7. We should re-open the Lampard thread so we can talk about what an amazing professional he is.
  8. Pretty much. However, it's fun when everyone has a steel one.
  9. Just off the top of my head I think Sol Campbell gives JT a good run for the money. But JT's definitely one of the joint leaders of that ranking.
  10. Beyblades were fun, too. I once had that steel beyblade that would damage opponents for good, lol. Putting my own beyblades together and working on them for hours was what I liked most though.
  11. Carlo Ancelotti: Captain, Leader, Legend, Greatest Player in the History of Chelsea.
  12. King Didier and the one and only #25 (oh, and Scholes).
  13. I liked that ava. Just as I like it when any (former) player is being rightfully ridiculed.
  14. That run was Hazard-esque. Like Neville said, Azpilicueta ist the best defender in PL right now. Think he could even do a job for us at CB.
  15. Have fun watching Willian do his one and only move for half an hour.
  16. We had a civlised discussion going on in the Lampard thread, Alex. It was not until some "real supporter" decided to disrespect international members that the thread went downhill. It's been over a month now that that thread has been locked, why not re-open it? I highly doubt people are as hot-headed now as they were back then; keeping it closed does make it look like any Lampard criticism and "anti opinion" is being blacked out (as indicated by this new rule).
  17. Blind is a glorified Mikel. He shouldn't be compared to a DM that's in contention for the best player in his position atm.
  18. Complaining? I'm stating the obvious. A shame that Lampard criticism is being shut out and blacked out; the fact that the Lampard thread itself is still locked is ridiculous enough.
  19. We've seen people having anti [insert scapegoat player here] avas for years, prime example being manpe's Torred donkey ava but nothing was ever said about that. Wonder why nobody ever came up with any criticism for that... #antilampardblackout
