  1. It's cool to see a different opinion coming from a Turkish person compared to what I'm used to hearing. The vast majority of the Turkish guys I know (age 17-21) pretty much support Erdogan, to put it slightly. Most of the Turkish people in Austria support him actually.
  2. Yeah, Begovic's impossible, you don't even need to think about it. Dude's only behind Courtois, Cech and De Gea in the PL.
  3. Matic wasn't the only one, though. Luis and Mikel did is as well, smfh.
  4. For anyone interested in the post-match stuff (celebrations etc) http://firstrowge.eu/watch/325874/1/watch-chelsea-vs-tottenham-hotspur---final.html
  5. It's good to see Jose wearing a suit for the celebrations.
  6. One could make a case that our offensive showing in the 1st half in Munich 2012 was "better" than what our offensive department today has done so far.
  7. Jose the genius strikes again, got his tactics spot on
  8. It's criminal Mourinho is not exploiting Spurs' fullbacks.
  9. I'd rather play Drogba in midfield than Cahill, JFC.
  10. The most embarrassing thing about Cahill in midfield is that he doesn't even add experience in that position. I don't recall him ever play there even for Bolton.
  11. Watch Cahill back off so far that he forces our CBs to play as goalkeepers.
  12. Finally a final again. It's been about time.
  13. Dude, it is what it is. People want Ivanovic dropped for Luis - who hasn't shown anything that would justify that decision - in every single match thread. Is that their way to show appreciation to one of our most clutch players? Ivanovic does make some bad decisions but overall he's a positive. You live with the bad because the good outweigh them.
  14. You could bet Bob Voulgaris-type of money on Ake not starting that game and you wouldn't even have to sweat a bit.
  15. As much as this whole Matic-Barnes thing hurts us one can't deny that the FA have pissed themselves, too, and it's amazing. From a PR POV they've made themselves look like absolute fools. Firstly, the initial Barnes tackle and Matic's reaction, and then, mostly, Mou's appearance in a widely known and well watched TV show. Football experts all over England and Europe are taking Mou's side, aside from some City or RAWK hobos nobody's even slightly showing any support towards the FA. If at least one other PL coach picks it up we could be in here for a snowball effect, at least in the PR department which itself would make everything not just a tad bit more interesting.
  16. Lmao, the reasoning for reducing the ban is a jurisdictional disaster
  17. "Shit performance but good result" I've lost count of the many times I've said this sentence this season.
  18. Yeah well, no. He wasn't unreal. Why you'd expect an attacking player of ours to be "unreal" in an away game in a knock-out format is a different matter, though.
  19. No, check the facts. Since their moves to their current clubs in 2009 they have missed [x] games as follows: Sven Bender (Dortmund): 127 games Lars Bender (Leverkusen): 35 games (data from Transfermarkt.at, 08.02.2015) Sven Bender's injured currently, too. Aubameyang has one the worst techniques when it comes to strikers and has no hold-up game, which is the reason why Klopp doesn't play him at CF at all and keeps using average strikers in Immobile and Ramos in that position.
  20. If I miss a game it's either due to studying for exams or trying to keep up with all my favorite sports teams. Watching an Avalanche game at 3am on a Friday night, then a Nuggets game at 4am Saturday night with a Chelsea match scheduled for Sunday afternoon gets tiring at some point.
