Who would you get rid of and who would you suggest bringing in? Deco and Belletti look certain to go back to Brazil. Ballack should stay, as should Joe Cole. Im unsure about Hilario, Ferriera and Carvalho. In particular Carvalho.

Next season, if we lose 2 games in a row in December, try not to worry, remember this thread and refrain from getting your knickers in a twist. Every team has dips in form, but we got the results when it really mattered (excluding Inter at home).

Ok so now that the season has ended and we can all reflect on a great season for CFC, have peoples opinions changed on who we should let go and who we should keep. Personally my opinions have changed slighly, I dont think we need to change THAT many players, let 2 or 3 go, and bring in 2 or 3.

If he cant do the business in Spain, he wont be able to handle the Premiership. We have been playing Malouda a little deeper towards the end of the season, personally I think Deco will go but Ballack will stay for another season.

At first I wasnt sure of the new home kit, but now after seeing it on Saturday, I love it and I'll be buying it shortly with the gold PL badges of course.

Totally agree with that post BlueLion, midfielders are very hard to compare, but trying to think of a similar midfielder to Lamps that I would prefer to have in our side... I cant think of anyone better.

Roman is brilliant, I love seeing him kick every ball, his little twitches etc, he really does love football, and he isnt going to get bored any time soon. I hope he stays for many many years.

Its hard to narrow it down, but if were talking box to box midfielders, I'd go with: 1. Lampard 2. Sneijder 3. Xavi They are slighly different in their attributes, but Lampard contributes the most in my eyes. Awesome midfielder, wouldnt swap him for anyone.

Lampard is one of the top 3 midfielders in the world IMO. He has provided for CFC year after year and doesnt get the credit he deserves. Any Liverpool fan that thinks Stevie G is better, they are crazy. Any Manure fan that thinks ANY of their midfielders are better, they are crazy. Any Gooner that thinks Fabregas is better, they are crazy. I wouldnt swap anyone in the world for Frank, he is the heartbeat of CFC, he is a legend.

It would have been the icing on the cake but it doesnt matter now, we won, and thats all that matters. Lamps has yet another winners medal, I'm sure that makes up for the miss.

We thank Hiddink for LAST SEASON and winning us the FA Cup, but THIS SEASON is all down to Carlo, he has won us the DOUBLE. Ivanovic was already a right back when we signed him, Malouda's talent was always there he just had to find his feet. This season's success is all down to Carlo IMO.

Roberto will get an excellent reception at the Bridge next season. I too always look out for the results of teams managed by our former players. I would like to see Clarke take up a managers role now. Zola was treated like shit by Sullivan and Gold, Wise was going great until he decided to go to Newcastle, Poyet is now doing well at Brighton, Petrescu is having success in Romania. As for other former players... Minto is a pundit for Sky Sports, Lebouef is in LA directing and starring in movies, Vialli is a pundit for Italian TV, Casiraghi is indeed manager of the Italian U21's, Gullit's last managerial role was with LA Galaxy, but was fired, he sign Celestine Babayaro who played one game for them before quitting.

He has plenty of years ahead of him to progress into a top player, I feel it will be with a team like Wolves, West Ham, Sunderland etc.
