I think that if we are to be successful next season we need a big name like Guardiola, Mourinho, Hiddink etc. The players have egos which are too big and I feel that appointing someone like Redknapp would result in a similar situation to Roy Hodgson at Liverpool last year- not a big enough name so players will not play for him
