Off couse non of them is a world class player. Mata was a very good AM for us, personally i (and i think most people) forgot about him last season already thanks to Hazard who stepped up. And Cesc came this season and imo made our attacking game more flowing than it ever been with Mata. Mata's techniques are alot better than Oscar so if he stayed and played in the 10 role im pretty sure our attacking game would have been better, but tactically he just cant play in Jose's team, especially not in the 10 role. And imo he doesnt fit to any team who wants to be top 4 in Europe because he cant be "a soldier" on the pitch, and he's not consistent enough so it could be forgiven.
